@@onshaqnemim sorry, but how can you say that the GOTG game is boring when in this game all you do is run through the same bland environments doing the same objectives? yes, you can play as multiple heroes, but what good does that do when you're basically going to be doing the same things over and over again with the same coat of paint? you say that GOTG is just "run around and shoot with star lord?" avengers is literally just that but replace star lord with literally any member of this game's roster yes, you can only play as star-lord, but the game basically has you control all of the guardians at once in a way, you control what specific moves they do, you can get them to do specific things like environmental takedowns or team attacks, it gives you the feeling of being on that team and feeling their power *without* being able to swap between them, and that's a major accomplishment the only accomplishment that this game was lasting as long as it did despite basically just adding more of the same content over and over again after an absolutely HORRENDOUS launch it's fine if you like the game, but saying that guardians is worse than THIS is just not true
I wish they would just bite the bullet and stick the landing, Marvel Heroes was cancelled for this and I really wanted to see MH evolve (Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Cyclops, etc)

I’ve been around since the initial “Avengers project” announcement . Excitedly tuned in to the E3 presentation, watched interviews. Was active in all the subreddits and discord servers. Preordered, and played the beta. Had some good fun playing the story with a friend. Stuck around for the DLC content. Now here we are. I hope nothing but the best for the developers. Wish things turned out differently, so we wouldn’t be having to say goodbye already… alas, farewell Avengers.

Thanks for the War Machine armor. I did not expect to get that. As someone who was highly looking forward to War Machine.. my goodness, that armor looks too good!! Even the turret follows his sight (of helmet).
Thank you for making a game that plays old school enough for me to enjoy. Regardless of the flaws I truly enjoyed and still enjoy this game. Sad to see it not grow to its full potential but grateful for what I got.
This game was my most played game for 2 years, I gave up only like after winter soldier dropped been there since early access what a wild chaotic ride it's been ❤ I'm here for this final update
This game pulled a LOT of hate, but if you were able to get past the forums and the UA-cam bombing, it was really a fun experience at the end of the day, and the community that actually supported it for what it was made it better. Hopefully one day we can reassemble again under a different title

The level design is uninspired, repetitive, and boring. The enemies were copy pasted all over the place. Even later on when they added heroes there are two reskins! Garbage game. Always has been. Theres a reason why this game blew up in controversy. Its because this is modern game design at its finest. We are tired of garbage launches and boring repetitive gameplay, only to earn NOTHING in return. But we can buy 20 dollar skins! Youre the problem in this industry. Youll take ANYTHING and be happy with it! HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT.
It never got a fair shot. A lot of the issues were overblown. Almost to a man (or woman) the gaming media wanted it to be a single player game like Spider-Man. They focused way to much on the cosmetics storefront while completely ignoring that all new heroes and expansions would be free.
Bro imagine if they woulda just made the cosmetics obtainable, and then dropped expansions with characters stories, sure the gameplay isn’t perfect but I feel like this woulda been received way better at launch
Thank you Crystal I was so hyped for the game and loved it! I’m very sad about what happened to it but I’ll always treasure this time. The cast of this game are amazing, especially Nolan North as Iron Man, I’m so happy that we got his perfect portrayal.

I enjoyed the countless hours of adventure when I first got this game in 2021. It was still in the midst of the pandemic, so I had to improvise some ways of getting by. I especially enjoy seeing Thor get mad that Tony "allegedly" touched his things, lol. Thank you, marvel's avengers, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
I still remember not being able to believe I was playing the beta for this and how much excitement I had for this game. I did fall off after the Wakanda expansion because the content was slow and the bugs weren't getting fixed but I'll never forget the ridiculous amount of time I put into it. It's been a really rough ride but it's honestly sad to see it go.

I may not be a fan of the game anymore but I gotta give at least some of the team behind this props for trying all they could to make this a worthy Avengers experience that celebrated their history despite whatever hardships they may have faced like the pandemic, good luck for the future to everyone and remember that whatever you may have to go through that seems too big for one of you, you don’t have to do it alone, that’s not how Avengers do things

I'll always remember it being one of the only games in history that nearly brought me to tears because of how amazing it felt to play these hero's in the opening scene, it was and is incredible, it's just shame more people didn't agree. The issue is the online was the main part of the game. If from the start it wasn't a live service game and it was just a single player game, I think it would have done much better.

Been following Crystal dynamics since I was a kid....Gex (slip of the tongue), Legacy of Kain( VAE VICTUS), tomb raider....never had a doubt this game was gonna keep me busy for years....will still enjoy it with my son who mastered the controller and sticks....and also learned to find his own little glitches thru the walls....I appreciate all you do, will follow you till the end
I only got this game recently in the beginning of the year after finding a collector’s edition at GameStop. And man I gotta tell ya the story was incredible. I’m gonna finish the DLC for now but man such an awesome experience. As someone who didn’t care at all for this game in the beginning.
I booked this game a few years ago, day one for me and waiting for Marvel's Avengers will be a truly indelible memory. I'm just sorry that it didn't get a chance to expand into something really cool, but I'm happy to have and be a part of the community that has helped grow this game. I was there Since launch... There was a lot of great things in this game and others to learn from. I keep playing for about a year but at the end the live service move too slow for a hardcore player like me. Anyway I had a lot of fun. Thank you!

I’m gonna miss the excitement of seeing a new MCU skin, or new content for this game. It was my favorite thing to play for a long time. I’ll miss it a lot.
I loved playing as Thor. Having the ability to pin enemies and just bully them, flying around, and having lightning powers. Just wished the game got it together at some point. Thing is, I’m afraid they won’t come out with another Avengers game because of all the back lash this game got.
Been here for the beginning, here for the end. Loved the concept of this game since announcement and stuck with it ever since. Hopefully someone takes inspiration from this and the Avengers will reassemble once more. 👍👍

@@CaptLumpycake Sony only has the film rights not rights to him exclusively, Otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten spidey in marvel vs CAPCOM infinite or ultimate alliance 3, insomniacs spider-man being a PlayStation exclusive is based on a completely different deal not too dissimilar from marvel deal with activision years ago,the big difference being that Sony has its own console. So spider-man could’ve been in the avengers game but Sony paid off the publisher to make spidey a exclusive character,that’s not me theorizing that’s literally what happened

I only got this game recently in the beginning of the year after finding a collector’s edition at GameStop. And man I gotta tell ya the story was incredible. I’m gonna finish the DLC for now but man such an awesome experience. As someone who didn’t care at all for this game in the beginning.
I booked this game a few years ago, day one for me and waiting for Marvel's Avengers will be a truly indelible memory. I'm just sorry that it didn't get a chance to expand into something really cool, but I'm happy to have and be a part of the community that has helped grow this game. Thank you for the emotions you have given us, I love you 3000 ❤❤❤

Man, didn't see that coming. Farewell Marvel's Avengers, it was an awesome game with a great story and very enjoyable content. I hope to see another game of this caliber in the future. Hulk will be waiting to smash in a game like this again one day. Good luck and thank you again.

I was there Since launch... There was a lot of great things in this game and others to learn from. I keep playing for about a year but at the end the live service move too slow for a hardcore player like me. Anyway I had a lot of fun. Thank you!

Even though I bought this game back in August of last year, this game TOTALLY had me HOOKED! Thank you for bringing me so much FUN for this game. Now, even BETTER that ALL of the cosmetics are free!
I’m gonna miss the excitement of seeing a new MCU skin, or new content for this game. It was my favorite thing to play for a long time. I’ll miss it a lot.
I loved playing as Thor. Having the ability to pin enemies and just bully them, flying around, and having lightning powers. Just wished the game got it together at some point. Thing is, I’m afraid they won’t come out with another Avengers game because of all the back lash this game got.
Really enjoyed the amazing ride with this game and will continue to play it as long as the servers stay up.
Been here for the beginning, here for the end. Loved the concept of this game since announcement and stuck with it ever since. Hopefully someone takes inspiration from this and the Avengers will reassemble once more. 👍👍

Otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten spidey in marvel vs CAPCOM infinite or ultimate alliance 3, insomniacs spider-man being a PlayStation exclusive is based on a completely different deal not too dissimilar from marvel deal with activision years ago,the big difference being that Sony has its own console.
So spider-man could’ve been in the avengers game but Sony paid off the publisher to make spidey a exclusive character,that’s not me theorizing that’s literally what happened
