  • Today we have a beautiful, all-original 1963 Fender Jazzmaster to share with you, and it is just fantastic! Everything you want in a vintage Jazzmaster, everything in great condition, a perfect Jazzmaster sound, and an original case to wrap it all up in. Trevor is really excited about this one, so we'll let him chat your ear off about it before handing things off to Karl for a demo through a small but mighty Swart Atomic Space Tone Pro amp, a cool ~20w 12" combo with great and impressive sound in a perfectly portable package.
For more information on the guitar or amp, please give us a call or check out:

Totally! I've owned a couple of Swarts in my time, and they were by far the finest tube amps I've ever played through. And I've used pretty much all of 'em at one point or another!

Swart AST + 62 Jazzmaster is my main rig. The midrange of the AST works so well with the scooped pickups of the JM.

in my best Steve Marriott voice "Oh OH Yeah !!"
I was 4 in '61 when family bought The Colorful Ventures,,,Don Wilson, Strat. Bob Bogle, Jazzmaster. Loved both then. Garage band days then lucky enough to see guys with these then. Man, my first electric was a gold foil Audition JazzAlike, ''72 when i was 15.
Christmas gift from the Missus over 10 years ago was a Sq JagMaster. Looks alot like this :) I love it (RF BL go to).
btw, Out of the gate with Johnny Winter's version of Boney Maroney was pretty special. Jam fave for years.

Trevor, as being an owner of a couple Jazzmasters I've gotta agree, this one has "it".
    Great demo Karl.
Using the Swart was a great match-up for the demo.
    Thank You

Cut my teeth in 1961 on my brother's 1960 Jazzmaster. They are fine guitars.

It's handwired on an eylet board not point to point. And yes you could replace those Mallory coupling caps with nicer Sozos or Jupiters.
