THANKS now i can say i study at MIT lol. this is so important to people as a whole . the internet , organisations like MIT THAT SHARE , just the fact that the world is at our finger tip's ! and that we can learn anything we want anytime , this is so important too us little guys who want the knowledge but cant go to a wonderful place like MIT ,,thanks to all that contribute
There is another playlist that goes with this one that you might not have seen yet: ua-cam.com/play/PL4E7FAAD67B171EBC.html For more information on either of these resources, see MIT OpenCourseWare at: ocw.mit.edu/RES-6-005S08 and ocw.mit.edu/RES-6-006S08.
Shaoul Ezekiel,,many thanks . i have many questions / does FOC have a Resistance to power or intensity . for instance cutting metal lasers if its sent through foc will it fail due too heat and will it still hold less than 2 % loss , is there a upper limit? a strand of any particular diameter is there a limit too the amount of light it can propagate ? are there wavelengths that are more or less transmittable .. Thanks
Its funny if you look at the views for lecture 1 there's over 100k views and lecture 3 cont has like 7k Did anyone actually watch all of this awesomeness? I did lolololololol
Based on how UA-cam counts views, it's likely a small percentage of those 100k or so actually watched the whole lecture, too. Although, anyone who made it to 3 cont'd probably knew what they were getting into and watched all or most of it. Fantastic series. I was surprised to find something so informative on UA-cam. No obnoxious affected personalities or flashy graphics.
Rest in peace Prof. Ezekiel. You are still helping us to learn.
😔😔😔
I watched all the videos of this series. The best memory of Prof. Shaoul Ezekiel!

Thank you to keep away complex math so we could understand technology easily.
i learn more here than in my actual class

This is a very good course, and I like them very much. It's a pity that there is no more lessons afterwards.
