Idk if this is an unpopular opinion but I prefer WoeP wayyy more than improv games like Joke Boat. Ear Wax and Quiplash are fine to a point but its way funnier hearing them all mald at random trivia imo.
TBH Joke Boat might be among my favourites to watch in that even the horrible answers tend to be hilarious in a way. I do feel you a bit though, WoEP is up there for me.

There's a burping sound at 30:23, and 30:34, a puking sound at 36:53, a choking sound at 38:57, another burp at 43:05, yet another puke at 46:54, and finally a spit sound at 52:46, so hopefully that might help
