Thanks! Worked exactly as described. I don't know why someone said it is a scam. It definitely works and when you unlock with the toggle switch (as shown in the video), the apps come back. I have an iPhone 14 pro and the app doesn't even say STC under it. Its just the generic app logo which to me that is pretty obscure and is good enough. I am not sure what happens if someone deletes the app off your phone. Didn't try that, but overall, you can set the STC app to only unlock via Face ID, that's better than nothing.

How do you hide the “STC” app itself? So people don’t what the app is and then delete it, and then the hidden apps will show up again.

So what about if they just go to yo settings and see what apps you have and also once you download a app you can never completely delete the download history unless you make a new icloud account and fight your desire to download the app again 😐

só ir no tempo de uso e desativar. Vai pedir o faceid, caso nao consiga, pede a senha do iphone.

Wait, why would someone want to hide their iPhone app?
Many reasons. Namely privacy, if you happen to allow someone else to use your phone for whatever reason and don't want them to have access to an app.
Also security. I live in a latin american country where is quite common for criminals to check your banking apps to steal your money once they got your iphone
Like in Myanmar, where the junta soldiers can search your phone for VPN & Facebook (which is banned) and ask for 100$ fine or worse, jail you. Hiding app can literally be life or death situation in Myanmar.
