I really wish I could send this direct to the CFL, but as a US citizen I fucking love the CFL. The NFL is great but I have WAY MORE fun watching the CFL. These are pro athletes playing at a high level of football and it’s not drenched in weird US jingoistic nonsense. Mind you I’ve been watching for roughly 10 years so I know nothing of the CFL. Great game Exciting athletic plays by both teams/ Maier should've ran that ball instead of passing it into coverage. He had a lot of room to make the first down

Beating Calgary in Calgary is difficult for any team in any season. Congratulations to the Riders on the win but both teams played well and this was the most entertaining CFL game so far this year.

Give him the season, cause he showed flashes of good play, but it was only like 10% of the time. We should definitely part ways if he doesn’t improve. Try and get an NFL guy like the Argos did with Bethel-Thompson and Chad Kelly.

Jake Maier looked pretty bad to start the season and he's still making rookie mistakes but I see a noticeable improvement every week.He believes that he can play in this league and I believe over time that he could be a good QB in this league.
Hopefully the Riders have recovered after the dismal years of Chris Jones and then that Fajardo creep. Trevor Harris is old but still an improvement at QB. Special Teams look bad; need a better kicker than that Lauther

Despite losing to Saskatchewan at home Calgary was the better team than Saskatchewan in my opinion
