Derwent Edge & Back Tor | Peak District

An 8 mile Peak District walk through the lower moors of Howden and on up to Derwent Edge. There's two summits on the route, Lost Lad and Back Tor. In August, there’s wild raspberries & bilberries in abundance. Later in the month the blackberries will be out too.
After the two summit points, it's a flat stroll along a paved path to the far end of the edge and you can take your pick of scenic paths to take back down to the shore of Ladybower reservoir.
