DIY Chanel Hula Hoop Purse

- I did this purse after seeing a hula hoop Chanel purse, decide to give it a try. I have more photos on my The Crafty Shopper Facebook page if your interested. I used 2 hula hoops, 2 white sating DT pillow cases, 3 packs of plastic cutting boards, 6 little white DT pillows and whatever bling you like to add. PLEASE use gorilla glue hot glue not the cheap ones.

I started this project and never finished it. I saw it on Pinterest as an actual purse and waaaaay larger it was being carried by a model. I’m inspired to finish it now because it’s been some years now. Great job!

When I saw the thumbnail and description, I thought of the original, large, hula hoop size and thought "Purse? No, she must have meant a hula hoop suitcase!". Lol 😂😆😅
Really, though, great tutorial. If someone likes the style but wants to size it down a bit, they could use large macrame hoops in lieu of the small hula hoops. 🙂

Awesome Job on this project. I love it! Being that you added the bottom piece to open it up. Do you think it could be done using the wire metal rings or the wooden embroidery rings in the place of the hula hoops . Also I agree I like the silence .
