Julien you need a Trap attached to your plumbing under the sink to stop sewer gas from entering the room. It`s a U shape part that always has water in it to stop the gas.
Un petit conseil: un foret a etage HSS pour percer l'evier te permettera d'installer le robinet dessus. Je l'ai fait sur le mien sans aucun souci pour eviter la surchauffe j'ai mis du WD40 .

Very nice, and very exciting too. When do you open for business? On a side note you could end up with some foul smell coming out of your waste pipe as there seems to be no proper trap on the line anywhere.
@@julienpicamil I did notice that but I was thinking about odeurs coming up from the white waste pipe, which you could easily seal with some good quality duct tape if it turns out to be a bit smelly 😄
