@tking Yes I am better off today than in September of 2020. You forget that people were dropping like flies from a virus that Trump said would be over by April of 2020. By the end of 2020 we had 14.7% unemployment, inflation was starting and we had shortages of goods and services. I'm a RN and I remember people refusing to mask in our hospital because "Trump says we don't have to" and 3 days later these same people would be on vents in our ICU. We had a refrigerated trailer that was loaded with bodies because our morgue was overflowing. I would get off work and fools would be yelling at me for wearing a mask and toting signs saying Covid wasn't real and the CDC lies. Yes I'm definitely better off today than 4 years ago.
