I'm a little over 60 years old and I have to say this has to be one of the best bands I've heard and I've seen Bob Dylan Live I've seen Santana live I've seen Pink Floyd The Rolling Stones Coldplay AC/DC Red Rider Blue Rodeo and a few other ones... I'd love to see these guys
Every single song on this album has made me cry for so many different reasons.. helped me rethink my same, indifferent cycles.. boy that second half comes quick, doesn't it? What an end to an infinitely beautiful album..
@@maksmarciniak Great friggin movie, but yeah I was asking what song do they play in the movie? I didn't know about Manchester Orchestra until 2 years ago
This song is amazing. That part from 3:20 to 4:00 gives me chills every time I hear it. That layered crescendo is so beautiful. Can't wait to hear it live!
The Internet: where post-20’s indie meets 07’ punk-indie. Sounds like Brand New or Sorority Noise came in studio to do a quick cameo at the 2:50 mark. Never forget your roots!
This song is like the upside down of “the silence”. Ending of the silence: “let me open my eyes and be glad that I got here” . ending of the internet: “and all this time, I thought I was right” . Both epic in different ways. This new album flows perfectly, like one big song!
Wake me up, I am inside of it, You were inspite of it, I was on fire for it, Let me admire this, and let go. In your web, I was an autograph, You were the internet, There was no arguing that. Thousands of photographs, to recall. Do you know what it means? Another life, outside dismantling me. Do you know what it means? Another man inside the man that's in me. Make me up, I am your silhouette, You are my alphabet, Holding your eye in it, And I’m just obsessed with it, to take hold. Do you know what it means? Another life outside dismantling me. Do you know what it means? Another man inside the man that's in me. (Lyrics with heavy electronic music. Couldn’t figure out.) [Conversation between a girl and a man.] All this time, I thought, thought I was right! And all this time, I thought, oh, I was right.
Another man inside the man that's in me* And I'm just obsessed with it, to take hold* The indecipherable choir I think is intentionally incoherent as there is overlapping voices, and the conversation between girl and a man is Andy and I'm assuming his daughter which makes this song hit so much harder.
At the end of bed head the little girl says He was teasing around the town he cried wolf wolf End of the internet: So what's that story about. The boy had to learn his lesson This time there really was a wolf And guess what that wolf did... Yeah? Ate The sheep
Here's the lyrics you couldn't make out (starts at 3:20): All I want's the weight erased for you Under the gun Undone again Uncloud my heart Yeah all I want's the weight erased for you Unsee the dead Untie my mind Unframe my mess Untrain my eyes Yeah silently I wait and pace for you Untame my head Under the gun Undone again Uncloud my heart Yeah all I want's the weight erased for you Unsee the dead Untie my mind Unframe my mess Untrain my eyes Untame my head
@@yousername8576 This is a 100% content of a bed time story , in my country.I know it for about...50 years ago. So,the story of this song seems to be inspired somehow from somewhere. It can't be a coincidence !
Does anyone remember that episode of American Dad where he falls in love with the band My Morning Jacket? Okay, I'd argue Andy Hull has a FAR more angelic voice. He should have been the premise of the episode.

Just saw them. Recommend. 🙏🏼🪷
I can listen to the last minute on loop forever❤
I'll forever miss the parts of myself only you could mirror to me ❤
This might be my favorite track on the album ❤🎶
Same for me
For sure!
I was skeptical about this comment at first, thinking "inaudible" couldn't be beat.. This song has grown on me now to the point, I definitely agree.
Me too. Love the melody 💜 live the way he sing 💕🧚♀️
Can't choose between this and "Angel of Death"- both are absolute bangers
Wake me up
I am inside of it
You were in spite of it
I was on fire for it
Let me admire this and let go
In your web
I was an autograph
You were the internet
There was no arguing that
Thousands of photographs to recall
Do you know what it means?
Another life outside dismantling me
Do you know what it means?
Another man inside the man that's in me
Make me up
I am your silhouette
You are my alphabet
Holding our iron in
And I'm just obsessed with it to take hold
Do you know what it means?
Another life outside dismantling me
Do you know what it means?
Another man inside the man that's in me
All I want's the weight erased for you
Under the gun
Undone again
Uncloud my heart
Yeah all I want's the weight erased for you
Unsee the dead
Untie my mind
Unframe my mess
Untrain my eyes
Yeah silently I wait and pace for you
Untame my head
Under the gun
Undone again
Uncloud my heart
Yeah all I want's the weight erased for you
Unsee the dead
Untie my mind
Unframe my mess
Untrain my eyes
Untame my head
"So what's that story about?"
"The boy had to learn his lesson
This time there was really a wolf
And guess what that wolf did?"
"What?"
"Ate the sheep"
And all this time, I thought I was right
And all this time, I thought I was right

I love the entire album!
Been my favorite band since I watched Swiss Army Man back in 2016 😌
What song do they use

Yes you were always right such a loving soul♥️
I'm pretty sure that's supposed to mimic a dial tone at 2:51 which is pretty genius
Can't wait to see Andy belt this out at the end of their next show!!
Has a right away great captain vibe
I think the whole second half of the album has that sound to it.....though a much more produced sound.

This could well be my new favourite from now on :)

Yes, totally! There were a few other moments on the album that reminded me of daisy or science fiction, too.
@@taylorerickson2296 and @Matt O'Malley, Actually it sounds identical to Weezer's Sweater Song. Still a good shoutout though!
i just love you guys so friggin much
Grew up in the hood gang banging but this shit hit the right cords of my heart and makes me miss the people I loved and lost fuck.....
Best part of this band is they're relatable to all people, with all kinds of backgrounds!
Peace and love ✌🏾
Love this ...
The ending of the song has such strong Christian undertones. Knowing his dad is a pastor, I'm not surprised. What an amazing song, right in the feels.
I really enjoy this album, life is so hard but full of joy!

"Another man inside the man that's in me." Ironically, the internet has conditioned me to laugh at phrasing like this.
