The State of Ohio is also funding major updates to Cleveland Hopkins Airport with 3 billion dollars over 10 years. I think the airport and the Browns need to work together to build a train station to the stadium and a land bridge. This would provide easy access for major events, along with a hotel on the Browns' side for guests. This could be a one-stop shop for future events if the airport and the Browns collaborate. Additionally, there should be train access from the Browns' training facilities to their new stadium, allowing fans in Berea Ohio to use it as well, all connected to the airport and stadium. If NFL players or free agents can fly into the airport and hop on a train to visit the stadium and training facilities without navigating traffic, the options are endless. No NFL stadium has airport near its stadium, this could be very unique opportunity. As well have train access from downtown cleveland to the stadium, to keep traffic down.
There's a good reason why no NFL team plays in a stadium next to an airport my friend. That's bcuz it doesn't matter whether you're playing in a dome stadium or not it's still gonna be a big distraction for the fans, the players, & the game itself when there's huge jet air liners flying overhead in & out of the airport every single minute of the day. You really believe a dome will absorb & deflect the sound of a jet airplane? 🤔 C'mon Man! Just saying...
Looks amazing, it needs to happen. Our existing stadium won't withstand the next lease agreement. I was just there for Summerslam on Saturday and it really is such a rundown place anymore. Lots of great memories though!
I'm torn between an open and domed field. I feel the elements have always been a part of Cleveland football, BUT I understand what the dome could and will attract. A dome will 100% qualify Cleveland for a Super Bowl host.
I find it hard to believe any browns fan would want the staduim moved...moving it to brook will make it even harder for any poor clevelander to get to the stadium...maybe thats the point
Wasting money on a stadium for a team that doesn't win when that money could go to countless other things. Sounds about the state of America right now !
I attended a few Steelers games at the old Browns stadium in the early 90s and loved the atmosphere, lake chill and all. It's sad that the once great outdoor sport of NFL football is now becoming an indoor sport. More and more teams want roofs, and I think it's a shame that most games will appear plastic and artificial instead of blending in with the natural elements. I understand revenue and all that jazz, but I guess basketball arenas aren't big enough for concerts and other events these days? Gotta keep up with the (Jerry) Jones's and heaven forbid it gets cold or players get grass stains or dirt on their uniforms. The league is too pretty and political now, and it's a bore.
It's a done deal long ago. Just had to make it look good that they gave the city leaders a chance to keep them here. I don't blame them. They'll get all the income including hotels, office space, retail, restaurants, transportation, everything!.
@@BigMoEnrgy .. we as a city is going to be all right and I love the stadium was going to bring a lot of people and we're going to win some games in that bad boy
i hope to god they don't make the new stadium in BROOK PARK! It's a big enough mess around there anyways, and i-480 is going to be swamped with traffic, and i-71 too!
The Haslam are some of the richest owners in the NFL. Brook Park is technically outside of the city in one of the cheapest states in the country. The state and city are both contributing. 3rd party investments from franchises that want to have resteraunts, hotels, apartments, shops, etc in the area.
Brook park is a bad area like it's not the Brook Park browns it's the Cleveland browns so we should probably be located in Cleveland I mean leave that open parking it'll be great for all those people to be stealing out of cars lol
@dreadbull5039 They talked for years, done feasibility studies, and have done nothing with all that lakefront property other cities would kill for. Use the airport once a year for Air Show and a few planes.
Can’t wait to see the ticket prices lol. Guess I’ll have to be more content watching from home. I’m definitely not trying to be a Debbie downer, it looks really cool, but at the same time, I’m sure the future prices will cut out the normal everyday fan, and clear the path for the upper class/big business.
I live in Atlanta and tickets for Falcons games at (the new) Mercedes Benz stadium are reasonable. In terms of NFL tickets… Also not sure if u could fit 70k big business upper class people into the stadium 8x a year. I hope I’m right!
Here is a rough draft of my proposal for a rail system. The system would connect the airport to the Cleveland Browns stadium and their training facilities. Additionally, it would include connections to downtown Cleveland and surrounding suburbs. The airport would benefit by providing residents with an easy way to fly in and out without needing to leave their cars or arrange drop-offs. Moreover, any events hosted by the Cleveland Browns could use this rail system to offer residents convenient access. The endless possibilities. I do think as well this rail system should be free to all Cleveland residents. Now if you are flying in to watch the game then they should pay or have land bridge they can walk over as alternative route. Airport could have Airport hanger just set up just for Cleveland Browns and event venues to have a underground tunnel connected to the stadium, so equipment and gear along with event staff can have minimal impact on getting stuff set up.
Meanwhile in Chicago where I live the Bears and crooked politicians couldn’t get a deal done to build a phone booth!! Congratulations Cleveland you deserve it 👍👍👍👍
It’s an interesting looking stadium. I think it’s going to be almost impossible to get funding for it unless the state kicks in 25%, the 8/9 county region (taxpayers) kick in 25% and the Haslam’s kick in 50%. Otherwise it’s got the same fate as the Titanic.
They want it so you get off the plane and you are instantly in Haslams World and thats all you see. People won’t have to travel to downtown anymore. I get it, looks awesome.
you want it you build it you pay for it ...
NOT A SINGLE TAXPAYER DOLLAR should go for this ...
let Haslam have it his way on his dime entirely
So haslem shouldnt have to pay taxes then?
Nope, build up the city they represent and the lakefront. Don't do this to our city!

You should be working for the city of Cleveland 😂
Best suggestion ever!

a lot of money you’re asking from cuyahoga county

I was too
It's the team not doing maintenance that is the problem. They do that to fool people into thinking they need a new place.
Yes! Please happen!
As long as the billionaire pays for it himself, I'm OK with this.
Build the dome!!! Build the dome!!!
Finally something spectacular,,, WOW
Looks like a large Ace Hardware store
Teams always show new stadiums being used for basketball, even though that never happens.
Have Jimmy pay for all of it.
"If you build it. They will come"!
Who will come - no middle class family will be able to
Afford it
Expertly Applied!
No! That’s my final answer!
I’m I DIE HARD ,,Cleveland Football is ment to be at its current location,so back off
if it has parking right at the stadium i am all for it
It reminds me a little bit of the titans new stadium outlook and Viking stadium.
DOME PLEASE ASAP
Glass roof?? YES PLEASE!
I'm torn between an open and domed field. I feel the elements have always been a part of Cleveland football, BUT I understand what the dome could and will attract. A dome will 100% qualify Cleveland for a Super Bowl host.
Easily the best venue in the NFL
Pure fantasy
Umm…SoFi Stadium 🤨
For the worst franchise in HISTORY! Make it make sense smh
🔥🔥🔥
I find it hard to believe any browns fan would want the staduim moved...moving it to brook will make it even harder for any poor clevelander to get to the stadium...maybe thats the point
Brookpark is wack.
Browns should do an open stadium, they have the elements to provide a great football atmosphere, don’t agree with a closed stadium.
Wasting money on a stadium for a team that doesn't win when that money could go to countless other things. Sounds about the state of America right now !
Jimmy.....they will never leave downtown. Get a clue into our culture!
That looks amazing
This is legendary!
Going from Mistake on the Lake, to Genital Wart next to the airport.
needs to be more domey, this is more sloped roof
DAT SHIT HARD AF! GO BROWNS!
I wish it could happen in the downtown area instead of Brook Park, but it looks great.

Will there be light rail access to the new browns stadium in brook park?
Maybe or eventually, but I'm sure there will be plenty of buses to transfer to from the rapid until then.
Just what they need a beautiful new stadium for people to come and watch them lose in.
i hope to god they don't make the new stadium in BROOK PARK! It's a big enough mess around there anyways, and i-480 is going to be swamped with traffic, and i-71 too!
airport traffic already messy as is I-71 / I-480 / route 237 snarls
They can't even get the cars driving on the right (correct) side of the road. SMH
Lol, maybe the renders were done by an English firm
Absolutely GORGEOUS!
I'd definitely go to a game in there, and i live in Texas!!
But...how y'all gonna pay for all this?!?!?!
Jimmy is paying most of it and rest private investors. He already owns the land to build all of this on.

As of today it’s officially happening
Let's start Digging now I'm excited!
Breath of fresh air, much need in our town. It'll be a great addition. Very modern.
I LOVE IT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 JIMMY REALLY BUILDING THE DOME 🥲
Welp, Jimmy can Now Call this stadium Jimmy's world. Lmao 😅
Do it . Awesome. Plus move out of Cleveland !!!! Cleveland will lose millions. Hello Brookpark !!! 😂😂
Can we please put the dawg pound back at field level like it was originally?
That is sick!!! Sounds to good to be true
Wow Go Browns!!!!!
Cyber truck like stadium
Brook park is a bad area like it's not the Brook Park browns it's the Cleveland browns so we should probably be located in Cleveland I mean leave that open parking it'll be great for all those people to be stealing out of cars lol
Impressive
Oh such a beautiful stadium to be dominated in by the Steelers. 🤣🤣😂
Everybody wants to be able to host a SB
and just imagine how this could have revitalized downtown/the lakefront 😏 Cleveland's latest "missed opportunity".
No possibility this could be created on the lakefront
What do you mean? This frees up all that land for them to develop now.
Read the letter that they released with the video. This is not possible downtown
There isn't room downtown
@dreadbull5039

They need an open stadium not a dome.
Retractable roof would be ideal
No more dome stadiums keep football outside on grass
