Angelina is amazing, she is fantastic, definitely potential to be one of the greats. Let's not forget that there are other amazingly talented vocalists in the last few decades though: Ariana Grande, Sara Bareilles, Adele, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and many, many others...so much great talent that we are just spoiled to get to hear them all.

This was recorded much earlier during the rehearsal sessions preparing to record the album _It's Magic_ (the final studio recordings of which happened in November 2017, according to the CD liner notes). There are multiple pictures in the CD booklet showing Angelina and the band members all wearing the same things they're wearing in this video (and even the loops in the electrical cords on the floor are the same!). The woman who took those photos (presumably) can be seen at around 5:30 in this video, and in most, if not all, of the other videos from the same session(s). As for who's doing the recording here, I say it's probably Mery based on two things: (1) the fact that Sara can be seen [not recording] in other videos from the same session(s) [so those were almost certainly recorded by Mery], and (2) the sound of the breathing that can be heard as the conductor is consulting with Angelina [which sounds to me like Mery, not Sara].

She's good for sure. I even like her shtick vocals (something that I generally do not. If often gets in the way of staying on key which you can clearly hear in this recording). Once in century? Nah. She's pretty much a combination of Amy Winehouse and Renee Olstead. Amy was Dinah Wahington reincarnated. Her cover of teach me tonight is superb. Renee's cover of Chaka's "through the fire" is absolutely brilliant.

For all those complaining that the band was too loud, keep in mind that the video was recorded using a single microphone, probably on cell phone. Angelina had her own mic which would have been recorded on a separate track from the band's. When the final recording is put together I'm sure her voice will come through loud and clear.
People complaining about the band being too loud have never been around bands. This is a very normal band practice, in every way. She also never "corrected" them. They're discussing and adjusting the arrangement. No band or orchestra member ever shows up to practice without a pencil.
Look at the back ground, they are in a temporary building, the outside looks like a tent with sound proofing panels surround the rehearsal area. that will effect how the sound is shaped too.
This girl is absolutely amazing.. What a beautiful voice ever since she was a young child.. I hope she goes far in life .. She has such a gift and quite an ear for music

One does not have to be an adult in order to discover their gifts, we all have at least one. Oftentimes when we see a child with an incredible skill for something we get a picture of a child being pushed into something that they may not enjoy doing even if they do it well. Or being exploited to finance the parents lifestyle. And a recording contract? Naw. A musician locked into a recording contract loses the ability to choose, be authentic, and retain ownership of their work. It turns into a job rather than something you love to do. Work shouldn't feel like a job. Especially for a child.

She didn't "correct" them. The score is what it is. They just had to make a change to fit her style of singing. And she wasn't the one who noticed the problem, the conductor was.
I'm glad you expressed that. Correcting the orchestra? Tweeking is all what it was in regards to the ritardando and fermata and by the way she hit a bad one at the end. I think they are making too much of the kid. Julie Andrews could rip her to pieces when she was younger than that.
