- Join me for 25 minute Standing Pilates full body workout with weights for graceful strength with. This class will show you how to build strength without overly repetitve movements that can stress the joints. You will work every muscle group with balance, control, effort and a sense of ease in the mind. A class for some feelgood good movement when you want a low intensity but good quality, functional workout. This class can be taken three times a week for 10 weeks in order to grow your strength. See , feel and know the diiference it can make to your fitness with regular practice. I will be using 1kg weights and you can find similar ones here: amzn.to/4fciGaJ You can also use water bottles if you have them.
No weights, don't worry, you can do the entire workout without weights too and it will still do you the world of good.

Loved the addition of weights and the great overall workout. I prefer workouts like this that have fewer knee bends - hard on my knees. More knee-friendly workouts please.

Weirdly my balance in the lunge position is better with the back heel lifted. Balance is not my friend.
I like the squatting, except the front of my shins hurt so much if I do it for any length of time.
Brilliant as always Rachel, much tougher than it looks, very hot & glowing ❤️🙏.

Dear Rachel, I’m also struggling with standing Pilates, I have some problems with balance and lack of strength in my legs, but I make an effort to get them, let’s say I prefer to stay on the mat😃 un caro saluto dall’Italia 🌹
Hi Rachel. Liked this workout very much. I didn't use weights but it was just as effective as I'm trying to be regular. It's 30°C where I am and no a/c. I didn't even notice Bug until about half way through. He's such a good doggie. Take care.

Lovely session. My only issue are the traditional rolldowns. Is there an alternative to the rolldown at the beginning and end because I found rolldowns exacerbate my sciatica. Thanks
