I want to ask Lourdes, if I play your reiki video, and I am engaged in other activity, then can I get all the benefits of reiki ?
Although it is best to sit down, close your eyes, and relax during a videos session, you can do other things in the same room and will still receive the energy. Best Regards, Richard
