I like them too. Pedestrian security is vital in any town & city. I could be wrong but with prof Clive Chirwa coming from the East, I’m presuming that he might have influenced them to put up the security barriers.

There a lot of Motor Cycles and bicycles.
Someone I know was hit by a bicycle while going to School and had an accident when she lived in Eastern Province. They ended up at the Emergency Room.

Tough question because I don't know if it's 1 acre or 10 acres near the city or far from the city .and weather farm on tittle deed or traditional land
