I went through the hardest thing to date when my grandmother passed away not too long ago. She was practically my parent from when I was born. Sleep has always been my favourite thing and now it’s like a war zone in my head and my heart, most nights are filled with anxiety attacks and nightmares ( considering she used to live with me and my family it makes it that much harder). This is more than anything I ever thought I’d be putting out online even if it’s kinda anonymous but I just needed to thank you EA. You and your channel have become my safe space ever since I found your channel. You and your videos bring me so much comfort and contentment and help me to navigate my emotions through said panic attacks.
