This is my second soldering iron that I"just got for 15 euros.
    What should I"do?
Also Can you give me a few suggestions on what type of solder thickness to use in relation to the right amount of soldeing wattage!

why do this reballing fix wont last for a month? The answer is that specifically in these generation of nvidea & ati chips, the faulty balls are not between the motherboard & the ic, its on the silicon chip and its substrate pcb. without doing this tedious reballing process if u just blow hotgun at even below temp of our traditional sn-pb solder melting point on that glassy silicon chip centering the whole IC, it would work like the same. As a nvidea engineer i am revealing the truth, because i support #righttorepair bill

...interesting...and you're good (maybe?) however...where can you get this done, time frame, how much, cost effectiveness, failure rate? Seems (imo) like margin for error is high. Are you using ESD (electrostatic-discharge) grounding? The heat from the soldering iron alone is enough to destroy the processor without a proper heat sink. If a device is creating so much heat as to damage solder points on a processor or the main-board, you need better cooling and ventilation alternatives.
Once you get over the wow factor of this repair, there is no reason to believe this is worth the effort considering all the risk factors.

This may be economical in a different part of the world where sourcing new parts is prohibitively expensive. Consider Cuba where the people there reuse and refurbish plenty of products we would otherwise throw away and buy again.

i don´t think that this temperature will damage the IC cause they were soldered trough reflow at the same (or higher) temperature.

Czego tacy frajerzy dalej nie rozumieją, że klient ma se kupić nowe i wypierdalać na drzewo ze swoimi smutkami, bo BGA miało być nienaprawialne.
