E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!! That's what I LOVED about this video!! Your video skills, Russell sightings, anything in the "greenhouse", Aaron with Benjamin, you with Benjamin, Benjamin by himself, you planting, your joy over the rain (& new grill...and Benjamin!), & lastly the hilariously ominous music with the windy conditions (Aaron, you're an editing genius!)...all of it...LOVED!!
💜😆😘
Me too!
Me three! Laughed out loud at the music with the crazy wind. Thanks for making my day.
Just what I wanted to say!
Ditto
Loved seeing the baby boy!! So cute. Seems like yesterday we had our first son. He turns 40 in May. What?? Where does the time go? Remember this little poem. Settle down cobwebs, dust go to sleep, I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep. Of course for you it is all that is gardens!!! 👩🏻🌾
Do you know what cracks me up even more than Aaron’s mad editing skills and the windy music - the fact that tumbleweed keeps rolling past! We only ever see it in cartoons here in Britain and only as a sign of something boring or isolated - it was a very weird mash up of things going on there! Props for perseverance there Laura! And yes Benjamin is the cutest xx
The tumbleweed was so fun!
I don't think I would understand British television if a tumbleweed is a sign of boredom or Isolated (i am not sure isolated to what?). And why are their tumbleweeds on British Television? And I don't get the windy music, that was actually wind hitting her mic. And those were not tumbleweeds, they were branches like I would get from my river birch tree. She isn't in Texas.
Ellen Gill did you not watch the bit where she was doing those pots and practically being blown away towards the end of the video - that was where the music and tumbleweed happened. I don’t know why we have tumbleweed in our cartoons - I imagine because they are American cartoons aired on British tv - I have never seen it in real life. It always happens when a character cracks a joke or something and there is just silence from the people they told the joke toot something like that xx
Oh Lizzie Dean Makes-you should see the tumble weeds we have is South Dakota! I took 3 or 4 last fall/winter and staked them in my flower garden around the bird feeder and put Christmas lights on them! They were huge-over 4' tall and circumference was probably 4 to 5 feet across-wrapped them in netting lights and this spring the birds loved them for protection. Have now cleaned them out and put in our "pit" for burning some day.
Jo Norton wow! That must be a sight to see! I only saw them for the first time in a real situation in Laura’s videos where they all stacked up against the white fence down the edge of their property - I had no idea there were ever so many together or that they formed big drifts like that - it was eye opening! Were your huge ones abnormally large or are they often that big? Xx
Haahha i love the music with the wind and flying bucket😂
Am a day behind but thought I’d catch up, watching The Garden Lady, as we call her. But...... Holy moly your son is Sunshine and Love all rolled up together !🌞💗
Thanks a 1000 times for sharing “Baby”! He’s all the best parts of you and Aaron. 🙏🏼✌️😘
My days are complete when I watch your videos. I just stay at home with nothing to do. Your little family is precious. I look forward to seeing more. You are such a happy person. Thank you for making my life a little better. God Bless
Omigosh! To see Benjamin this little melts my heart. Time for a new baby, Laura. We miss Benjamin this tiny. He is growing up too fast. ☺️☺️💚
Way to go Aaron on editing the windy planting. Great music choice. Laura the storm trooper.
So great! The music is perfect during the wind segment! This is life here in the Antelope Valley, Southern CA about 75% of the time. It has been said that when the settlers came here, 100 plus years ago, they were to stay just for a few days then they would travel on... once the wind stopped! Well now a bustling town. Bawhahaha! Your baby is just adorable. Days like this is what life is all about! You are so blessed! Enjoy! Thanks for sharing and teaching us! Windy Hugs!
The drama music in the wind scene with the comedy of chasing the blowing pot cracked me up...your baby is so precious!
Oh my gosh, Laura! You almost got completely blown away with the wind! ;) I loved getting a glimpse of Benjamin and his sweet coos. He is a beautiful baby, for sure!
I'm so glad you posted this video. As a fellow Oregonian and gardener it is not always sunny and perfect when we have to get stuff done, so it is nice to see another gardener persevering in the elements.
I truly love watching all your videos and am learning so much. Thank you. I have grown up coming to Oregon every year to see our family. Then my Mom came home to Oregon. Now she’s 84 and the passed 15 years I have been driving back and fourth 2-3 times a year with my girls and grand babies to see my family. But the passed 5 years i have been driving and coming by myself for 2 months go home for a month an drive back to take care of her. She’s going blind and has a very bad heart. But her garden and her canning is very important to her. So i have been doing it by myself for her. But I also found you and have learned so much about flowers and trees and I am loving it.. My husband and I are having to move there he’s retired now and its the best thing for us all. I am handicapped and the 12 hour drive is just getting to hard on me now. But I also am coming home being that’s where my Mother was born and raised. I have said to all my Uncles and Aunts since I was little i want to come home. Well I am getting to and cant wait to buy my home and start a beautiful garden with your help through your videos. Thank You so much.. The gardening helps me not focus on my pain or my MS. I Just take it a day at a time with it and loving it.. 🌺🌸🌼💐🍄🌷🥀💞💞💞
Oh my gosh thanks for showing us how much the baby has grown already and how sweet he is. You crack me up, you just can’t quit even when it’s gusting to 100 mph. It’s all looking so awesome!
Lol. I was looking for Dorothy and Toto to come flying by you planting. That wind is crazy. Love the little evergreens.
Love the baby squeals!! So cute!
You are so dedicated out there fighting the wind!! The music was a hilarious touch! Baby is getting so big already and is the most adorable happy little guy!
Baby Benjamin is so perfect what a lil blessing!!!
Aaron, the music when she was planting the pots in the wind, hysterical!! You guys are the best!
Between your beautiful son and your gardening I can't believe how energized you remain. We have had some strong windstorms in Minnesota also. You are inspiring me to try some new stuff in my yard, I have started an island bed around a maple tree that is shaping up nicely.
I thought you were going to be Dorothy there for a second!! Benjamin is loving life. He brightened my day.
Oh my gosh! Benjamin is so CUTE!!! You two are truly blessed.
Oh my goodness, how Benjamin has grown! It was wonderful to see him awake and interacting with Mom and Dad, and what a cute little laugh he has! May I say, never mind the plants for now, though your lilac was beautiful! And great job, Aaron, with the music to accompany the potting up scene 😃.
I have to agree with the comments here, your videos are so much fun to watch and I'm cracking up at Russell and the music and tumble weeds. You need your own television series!
That last minuite windy music was out of the blue . And the lilac .....mmmmm....its BEAUTIFUL!
The colour of that Quince is wonderful ! I forget how colourful spring can be. I’m so ready for colour and sent. Thanks Laura for sharing your garden. Big hugs to Benjamin and Aaron
Watched this one twice - love the dramatic music set to the windy conditions. Great job Laura and Aaron.
OMG he's the most adorable and happy baby. Congratulations!!!
Hi, Laura and Aaron your baby Benjamin is so cute! I admire you guys' energy taking care of your baby and vlogging at the same time! Thank you for what you do for the vlog!😊
I love the music when it was windy outside lol. Benjamin is so adorable. I love getting to see him in your videos! Enjoy that baby 😍😊
Benjamin is adorable! Enjoy the baby cuddles😍😍😍
I love the music as the tumble weeds were flying by.
my 8 year old daughter was laughing so loud at the bucket and you running for it.. 😂 Benjamin is so cute love seen him grow up so fast 👶😍😊
FIrst off you are adorable... second if Aaron decided on the epic music while you planted.... please tell him thank you for cracking me up !!! OH MY GOSH I laughed so hard just at how the music and your hair blowing melded. Well done you too, we are in our second season of winter in Southern Indiana. Our spring has been FREEZING no joke... first sign of warm temps is in two days......... so I live vicariously thru you until I can get my hands in the dirt ! God bless you and your sweet family.
I love them all but especially these types of videos 🌱
I dont know why I LOVE the rain so much...but watching this video made me so HAPPY!! LOL
Two things, baby Benjamin is the cutest and holy moly that wind is no joke!
That last planting near the fires of Mordor was awesome! 😂😂😂
Oh my goodness you guys are so cute and I can’t get enough of little Benjamin and Russell, love, love it.
Benjamin is adorable he brought me a smile. A very busy day for you. Thank you for this video I enjoyed this very much.
I love that you painted your living room a dark color! I wish I could be so brave.
You really have no idea how much your vlogs make me happy! No idea!! I have needed these in my life as of late! Thank you!!!!!
Hearing that makes my heart happy! Hugs! 😊💜
Ditto! I started watching these videos when I was pregnant and now my daughter is 7 and we watch them together :)
Garden Answer can we get an update on this scentara double blue pretty please? I just planted one last week so I’m curious after a year of you still love it? 🥰 thank you!
Laura, you are too funny -- thank you for sharing and Benjamin is such a happy baby... what a blessing !!
Oh my goodness! I haven’t seen this video forever! If you haven’t yet, you need to show Benjamin. I think he would love it. 😍
Your little Man is so cute, I am happy for you & your husband. Welcome to the parent club, no manual included.
Love the dramatic music while your were planting up the pots. 🤣
Clever use of the tumble weeds and the dramatic music. Love the video and the inclusion of the men at work.
Oh my goodness, Laura! Benjamin is so adorable!!!
Japanese Forest Grass (Hakonechloa) is one of my most loved perennials! If you have never used it you are in for a treat. Benjamin is so cute. I was waiting for a repeat performance of the last time you did a close up of him. I laughed out loud when, right as you said "you are super cute" he upchucked! Loved it. LOL
OMG....Love the music!!!!!!!! Love this family! Good narration on the music at the end and Baby Benjamin is too sweet.
Loved this video! Gardening in wind like this (gusts to 40-50 + mph) is all too often the norm here in NW Oklahoma! So while I know it’s just not nice of me, it made me happy to see my favorite gardener chasing her plastic pot and fighting her hair out of her eyes! 🤣 The struggle is real...including giant tumbleweeds! 🍃🌪💕
I was watching this video while giving my almost 10 month old a snuggle and as soon as she saw your little boy in the video she lit up!!! Started smiling and laughing! So funny how babies love babies so much!
YES!! a new video! and it's funny ... thanks for posting. Benjamin is just so adorable!
Aw, sweet Benjamin in his kerchief. I do believe he gave us a little flirtatious look at one point.
Growing up, I'm pretty sure my mother had a double lilac bush in our yard. Lilacs are very popular in Minnesota. I even live in a 70-year-old development called "Lilac Way."
Kate DIY Lilac Way sounds a beautiful place to live! I hope that there really are lots of lilacs around. One of my favourite shrubs!
Just started watching and im totally addicted!! I also grew up in MN and we had lilacs in our yard. Beautiful plants and the smell is divine. I have 2 planted in my backyard( i now live in central NC) but they have never bloomed😕. Going to dig them up in the fall and transplant to a sunnier location. Hopefully this works🤞
benjamin is the cutest baby i have ever seen and i love all the plants in your green house they were gorgeous. love them
It’s raining right now in Atlantic Canada so this was the perfect video to watch. Your baby is the sweetest!
I've been MIA and just catching up on all your amazing videos but I just have to say how much I LOVE the windy music!!!
Ok. Now I believe you when you say it's windy. I'd call that super windy! Can't wait for a video on how to winterize the drip tubing. Love the little add-ins with the baby :)
OMG!!! The dramatic planting scene made me lol big time... HAHAHAHA!!!
Benjamin is so stinking cute!!! I just wanna scoop him up and love on him 😍😍😍
Ok love your sense of humor with the music that goes with the wind. I am from Oklahoma and this happenings to me all the time. Glad to see it happens to others. Grinning ear to ear!
About half way through this video, I found myself grinning ear to ear and then planting in that wind I started cracking up. You are awesome! Great video!!!
Omg I love the ominous music for the storm planting 😂
Benjamin is such a sweetie. And I loved the music choice for your windy potting at the end.
Loved where you out your lilac. Baby Benjamin is soooooo tiny here. He's such a beautiful baby boy.❤️
Where there's a will there's a way I admire your determination
Oh wow. You always say that it gets windy just never knew how windy till now. Also, Benjamin is the cutest.
Perfect weather + garden work = perfect way to spend the day 💚
the "boxwood cone" music ...simply the best...too funny! Cute, cute kid!
Love the windy planting! Tumble weeds floating by. Reminds me if wizard of oz when the tornado starts up. ☺
That baby boy is EVERYTHING
Ha! OK so I'm still fairly new to your channel but have been binge watching like crazy. I literally get nothing done these days because I'm so addicted....which works out nicely since we're still sitting at -25°C to -35°C and still so much snow! Yuck. Your videos cheer me up so much and I have learned so many new things! This video was my absolute favorite though....it was funny, cute, highly entertaining. Where I live we have constant wind and a day with gusts up to 80-90km/h is just a normal day, so I can appreciate what you were dealing with here. Love seeing Benjamin! Such a sweetie! Thank you Laura for all that you do and especially this one for brightening my day :)
Hello from Western CO! I love the dramatic footage! I've been through similar situations with the crazy wind! I loved seeing Benjamin as a baby... awww its been awile! And now there's sweet Samantha Grace. 😊 ❤️ thank you for sharing!
I really like the plants and the wind music, but baby Benjamin stole the show. :)
Look at Benjamin smile! He's growing so fast. My daughter is 7 weeks pregnant, I'm finally going to be a grandma! My daughter is 36, and I have been patiently waiting! She is finally going to finish college in August, baby in December.
What Hayley Wise said! Lol! Awesome, again! Benjamin, awwweeee!!!
I love seeing spring and all the plants! Here.... well, it is snowing and no sign of spring.
Benjamin is soooo cute and happy!!! That's done wind you have there. Here in Alabama it was down to 33 last night. Man I'm ready to plant stuff! 🌿🌺🌱👶🏻🌬
Loved the music during the windy scene too. Lol. Cute baby. Great video! Thanks.
Wow ur baby is sooooooo cute. I suggest u do a video just on him. What he does his smile his cry his joy & everything. Would love to see his cuteness at peak 😀
Hahaha! Great music and actual tumble weeds blowing by! I expected to see the roadrunner and Wylie coyote running by.
Benjamin is so cute. Love his smiley face!
Cute baby!! He’s so adorable!! Loved the peaches roses, the lilac is gorgeous! Love your videos :)
You were brave planting in that strong wind and it was so funny to see all the tumbleweed fly past you. Adorable baby. Enjoyed your video. Have a wonderful day.
The music and the tumbleweeds were good effects during the wind storm! Your son is adorable, love those smiles and giggles. Thanks for sharing
You were so blessed to have rain! Here is South Dakota we had 3 to 5 inches of SNOW (again! 5 inches also 4/3) and the same wind you had! Was a slow drive to and from church! 5 vehicles in the ditch on the interstate-of which we only have 8 miles of interstate to drive!
Benjamin is ADORABLE!! The tumbleweed cracked me up!!😂
Oh Laura I feel you girl that's my life all spring to about early summer. The wind the Tumbleweed oh and I can't forget the DIRT! Ugh!!! Thats just about every day and no rain or just enough to dirty the cars at times.
The little one sure is talkative too cute...
You are absolutely mad for being out in that weather! The lilac is so gorgeous and fairytale-esque in that spot.
LOL.... what a sruggle that was! Then that music, how funny. Baby is So Beautiful,Bless him. Oh & there is no better Furniture in the house than baby stuff all over. He will be 21 before u know it!
Literally have been dreaming of flowers. Wish spring would happen already. God Canada, get your shit together
Talk about gone with the wind! You go Dorothy, and get you're Oscar while you're at it. Loooooved this video you're so crazy like me.
Aaron, you crack me up! I live in Wyoming and we get crazy wind too-I need dramatic soundtrack music when I have to go out in the crazy wind!
I LOVE, LOVE all of your videos. I get really excited every time you post a new one. Benjamin is so adorable! I love your enthusiasm, and your energy. Great work! 👍
your eyes in the rain are stunning!! Such joy!! 😍😍
Laura in that video is basically me even during a storm -- still gardenin'! Really love the video! Had a good and beaten rewind button during that stormy part 😂💚
I always love it when I rewatch old videos just to get my Garden Answer fix and a new one pops up mid video. ❤️ Thank you both for all of your inspiration (and motivation) to make my garden colorful and bee/bird friendly.
Wow windy! I have never seen tumbleweed before so that was kind of funny. Benjamin is so sweet! My little one (2yo) and I love watching your videos we are excited about getting out this spring unfortunately we still have about a foot of snow. Keep up the good work guys 😊
YOU KIDS ARE AWESOME--LOVED THE MUSIC IN THE WIND WITH HAIR BLOWING
Babies are not lunch!!! 😃 Love your videos and your work ethic. I strive to have your 'just get it done' drive.
So happy to see Benjamin!!! He is such a cutie. And mama you are a hard worker but you love what you do and it shows. Hope the grill comes together.
