They debuted in 2003 as a five member group, and then officially a duo since 2011 after the 3 other members left the grp. Rebel is their 20th anniversary song, a day after Christmas. Please check out their pre-released mv "DOWN" and also their Killing Voice.
Thank you for listening to TVXQ! I hope you check out more from them as their vocals are phenomenal. Like others have suggested, a good way to hear their voices would be to watch their Killing Voice video. It's a combination of a bunch of songs.

My very first grp in kpop, SM artist are vocal powerhouse no doubt this two are very professionals , They are industry veterans who know how to control their sound soo eazy .Yunhoo is my first loooove among my biases 😭❤️❤️( I was a primary school girl🌚)
TVXQ started with 5 members, as a capella idol group. They are the one and only group that introduced themselves by vocal range/ type, Uknow Yunho is the bass in the group.
U should check out their performance on TVXQ Killing voice . So u can listen to their voice range from 2003 until today. Yunho is a bass , but because Kpop very rarely explore the bass sound , and Changmin also a tenor , so most of the time, he have to adjust his voice to sing on a higher note . So he's a bass , but he also have to be able to sing high note , eventhough not as high as Changmin .
This take on the Carol of the Bells really is great, it makes sense to use it as it was for their 20th anniversary and they debuted on December 26th. Kenzie is such a talented producer, she's pretty much the one who started and honed this specific "disjointed" music production style! They are both very talented singers, and were also amazing as 5. They have a lot of songs with dubstep-style breaks by the way it's kind of a signature. For their duo songs I would recommend to listen to Down from the same album,it is more focused on Changmin's high register, and Truth which is a very nice acid jazz inspired song with beautiful runs. I think you'll also enjoy Catch Me (2012) as you used to produce dubstep and electronic music! As 5 I'd recommend Tonight, Rising Sun and Mirotic for an overview
I truly believe Kpop is where some producers look to when they just want to do something crazy and want it to find proper appreciation, because no matter how outlandish or out there, theres gonna be a Kpop group up for the challenge, and a Kpop fan who will be absolutely obsessed with it (NCTZENs and Sticker, anyone?) And TVXQ of course isnt just ANY Kpop group. Their name aptly means "Rising Gods of the East" and considering they started out as a 5 member group in the 2000s, survived an awful departure of three members, South Korean mandatory military service, and over 20 years of activity with nary a dip in popularity- Yeah, they've earned that name. They are very well known for being top reigning vocals, to this day their early 5 member ballad performances can NOT be topped or replicated (though even their 2 member versions of them are absolutely crazy, I recommend Love in the ice & Bolero live especially if you're interested). They are also versatile, dabbling in dubstep with Catch Me, jazzy sounds with Something & Spellbound, and many many more across their countless albums and nowadays solo projects as well (Changmin's Devil especially is also one of those crazy Kpop productions). In general, they built Kpop, and especially Kpops presence in China and Japan, to such a level that it enabled other groups to step foot there ONLY bcs they paved the way through hardships and work. They are still top contributors to their label, SM Ent, and if you ever want to enjoy amazing vocals and experimental, fresh, unique music outside of TVXQ, that's the place to go. From BoA, one of Kpops first ever female artists, to SNSD, the Queens of Kpop that made some of the earliest steps into the Western market, to Red Velvet with their funky "red" and r&b "velvet" sides, to NCT whose "neo" genre truly changed how other BGs do music, to aespa with their new unique worldview and concept, I have yet to see them fail with producing amazing artists and music. But that's getting a bit too rambly from my side lol. I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction and explanations about production and vocals, I never rlly paid mind to Yunho's voice in this beyond "Oh wow thats deep" but it was interesting to get an experts insight into it!
It’s so fun to watch you start to react to more k-pop! TVXQ is a great duo. And they have such a wide variety of songs since they’ve been around for so long. This song is a great intro to them to get you interested, and they have other songs that showcase their vocals more. In terms of other groups that showcase baritone/bass-type vocals in k-pop, as some others have already mentioned, Stray Kids would probably be your best bet. Felix from that group is what comes to most people’s mind for baritone/bass. But a couple of other groups that occasionally showcase lower registers are WayV (I would recommend their song Phantom for a good example of this) and Ateez (I would recommend the song Halazia for a good example). Both of these groups should also give you a good amount to talk about with production and vocals as well!
Thank you for reacting to the legendary TVXQ! They've been in the kpop game for 20 years now and are just immensly talented and love to break the mold when it comes to the music they put out. Highly recommend you check out their other single from this album, "Down" and their episode of Killing Voice 😊
A great way to hear more TVXQ is to check out their Killing Voice. Its a live medley of a bunch of their songs! Also, I recommend checking out NCT 127 & NCT Dream's Killing Voice! Also, TVXQ was originally a 5 member acapella group so their voices mix so well! Check out Bolero by TVXQ!
Yes, the Killing Voice for TVXQ, NCT 127 & NCT Dream are awesome! Also recommend RIIZE on FIRST TAKE for Get A Guitar & Love 119 or the it's Live shows.
Since you liked this so much you could also react to 'Down' which was a song from the same album as 'Rebel' that has an mv as well (it was a prerelease I think)! For their older songs 'Chance of Love' is probably my personal favorite :> I also think you would really like ONF's new release Bye My Monster! They are a group from a small company so idk how many requests you will get for them but their music in general and this title in particular has interesting production for you to talk about and they have a terrific variety of vocal colors and also a baritone member :D
I’m not a hundred percent sure of an exact price but a lot of big companies in the kpop industry spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for music videos, and SM is know for spending a lot on music videos
Also, SM is not afraid to invest in/use the latest or the current most sophisticated technology (SM is often being the 1st to use those tech in SK ent industry) in order to bring quality sounds and visuals. Which is one of the aspects that amazes several artists (from other companies) who had a chance to visit SM and see stuffs directly.
thank you for reaction! It was a very interesting analysis! Unfortunately kpop groups don't exist for too long and usually break up approximately 7 years after debut when their contracts end. that's why I am especially excited to see that such groups like TVXQ still exist and still release such amazing music. btw TVXQ was my very first kpop group, long before I heard the word kpop for the first time. I didn't continue my kpop journey back then, but "mirotic" is still in my playlist. Please react to their song "down"! for another group with a low voice I have immediately thought of Stray Kids! please check them out, they are great. they are very popular, they have interesting production and they produce themselves! I would recommend "god's menu" or "maniac" for start. I have seen that you have reacted to EXO and the video will premier soon. I have turned on notification for that video! EXO is my second most favourite kpop group after Stray Kids :) I hope you will check out Stray Kids as well and will keep reacting to both groups :) update: I have seen you have also reacted to Taemin. Ok, I am moving to watch that video and I have subscribed :)
18:40 I didn't work on this video specifically; and due to NDAs I can only speak broadly. Per video, a lot of companies typically budget ₩150mil-500mil, though can be up to ₩1bil. This doesn't incl. song production costs. A full comeback schedule can be 500% the MV cost.
It's worth noting that systemic underpayment is still a huge issue for those of us who work as cast and crew. Thesedays a number of companies are filming with even lower-paid workers in Thailand, Indonesia, et al instead.
Firstly thank you so much for reacting to my favorite group! Been a fan of theirs since 2006. I'd love to hear your thoughts on their vocals. Especially when they were 5 because they debuted as an Acapella dance group lol their live performances were amazing! I recommend their live performances of Tonight, Whatever they say, Love in the Ice, and Bolero.
Thank you for reacting to TVXQ, it's nice to know more about our group at a vocal level by a professional in the area like you, thank you please watch more videos I'm interested in your analysis 👍😊
This is quite an old group by kpop standards. They originally had I think 5 members. One of their most famous songs is Mirotic which today is still one of my favorites. Another kpop group with a bass singer is Stray Kids' Felix You might like Maniac...the song is quite manic!!! LOL
Also seconding Stray Kids' Felix (cous pride!). If you decide to react to them, my top suggestion for the sake of bass clef appreciation is God's Menu. If you end up doing any casual viewing down the line, I also suggest their Kingdom stages.
OH I just came across this video and I loved loved LOVED your analysis! TVXQ has been my favorite kpop group since 2010 and I do hope you review more of their songs! I'd watch in a heart beat. I appreciate your in depth look at them. Their killing voice is superb for a sampling of their work.
Loved your analysis and little dance session at the end!! It was fun watching how stoked you were! I actually didn't realize the references to Star Wars till you pointed out! Also, It was TVXQ's 20th anniversary last year and they are still some of the best vocalists in the industry. I hope you can analyze Baggy Jeans by NCT U and Ay-Yo by NCT 127!
Ah, for deep voices in K-pop, you need to react to: Stray kids explicitly Felix in the group. I think a good example is: 1. Thunderous 2. Live Performance Kingdom:" I'll be your man." When you like deep woman voices in K-pop, please react to: Mamamoo definitely lives! They are live queen's React to immortal songs. I really love all of them. Ps. Love your analystic content and a silent watcher, so my first recommendation :)
TVXQ has some of the best vocals in kpop. I think you should check out Song Sohee, she is trained as a traditional Korean folk singer and for the last several years has been merging into a more modern sound. I would love to see your thoughts on some of the techniques used in her singing. If you decide to check her out I would recommend her performance of "Pollack" on the show immortal songs 2, this performance really showcases the blending of traditional and modern music.
Has anyone told you to check out Felix from Stray Kids yet? He's got a surprisingly deep voice. He's a rapper but is gaining confidence as a singer too. 3rd Eye or God's Menu really show off his voice, or his solo Deep End is really good. Talk about a lot going on in a MV...Stray Kids are nuts!...in a good way!❤
Pls check out their 20 year anniversary on Dingo Killing voice and they cover many genres of music, from bubbly pop, blues/jazz, to ballads and all super well done imo.
Please listen to their Killing Voice if you get the time. I’ve been a fan (Cassie) since 05, and they’ll always be my favorites. Their acapella back when they were 5 was so much more than we’re used to in kpop these days.
TVXQ's "Rebel" is their lead track from their 9th full-length Korean album, 20&2 -- 20 years and still 2 members strong -- which was released on their anniversary, Dec. 26, as a celebration of their 20th anniversary. (That's why the song samples the Christmas song "Carol of the Bells," because it's a homage to their Christmastime debut.) You now need to see them perform "Rebel" with the choreography live. You think it looks crazy in the MV, but they actually do most of that all live as well. If you haven't yet, you should also check out their pre-release track from this album, called "Down." And you definitely need to check out their Killing Voice performance. Killing Voice was pretty much made for SM Entertainment vocalists and Changmin and U-Know are one of the best examples of that. TVXQ truly are all-time legends in the music industry. As an SM group, for anyone who knows SM, it should be no surprise that they are outstanding vocalists. TVXQ was originally supposed to be a purely acapella group, so they all have amazing vocals. They actually have several acapella performances in their early days that really showcase how amazing they were as vocalists. TVXQ is one of the reasons why SM is recognized as a vocal powerhouse and why the company has come to be known for having some of the best dancers and vocalists in the industry. Here is some background to help you understand the dynamics of TVXQ better. TVXQ (English and Chinese)/DBSK (Korean)/ Tohoshinki (Japanese), which each are the abbreviations/acronyms of the words in each language that translates to mean "Rising Gods of the East," debuted in 2003 (Second generation) as a 5 member group. But, in 2010 three of their members left SM Entertainment and the group and formed a new group called JYJ -- the initials of the members: Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong. (Up until recently, JYJ was still a group and they still produced music, but because they left SM Entertainment -- one of the most powerful and influential companies in the industry -- on less than ideal terms, it has made it more difficult for them to promote themselves and their music. So the members of JYJ are more known as actors and producers than they are as singers now.) However, Max/Changmin and U-Know/Yunho continued as TVXQ as a duo. They've been a duo for longer then they ever were a 5 member group. As you can see, even now as a duo they are so talented that they have the vocal range to cover all the parts of a song between the two of them, including rap. Changmin (the youngest member) was 15 and U-Know was 17 years old when they debuted. Therefore, although they are one of the senior Kpop groups, Changmin is only 35 and U-Know is 37. TVXQ is SM's most senior group that is still active, but U-Know and Changmin are still younger than, or the same age as, many of the members of the legendary groups who came after them within their generation. They are best friends with Super Junior and they pretty much all grew up together. Changmin is also best friends with Minho from SHINee. And Xiumin from EXO says Changmin was one of the reason why he auditioned for SM because he wanted to meet Changmin and become like him. As you heard, Changmin is known for his powerful high notes -- even more powerful than Onew or Jonghyun from SHINee or Chen and Baekhyun from EXO, who are all known as some of the best vocalists in the whole Kpop industry -- he literally has one of the widest note ranges of almost any Kpop artist. In a high note battle he always wins. It wouldn't be a TVXQ/Changmin song if we didn't get to hear at least one unbelievable high note from him. (Fun fact: Changmin got married in 2020 and he became a father to a boy in 2022.) U-Know is known for his dancing and his passion for dancing and singing. He is also the rapper of the group. (U-Know truly loves what he does and doesn't hide it. He will tell you he is proud of his accomplishments and he is proud of his work. His off-the-charts passion and intensity is kind of a running joke within the industry. It's one of the things he is most known for.) Tohoshinki (TVXQ) are one of the most famous singers in Japan as well, even among Japanese artists. Over the years, I think they have probably spent more time promoting and touring in Japan than they have in Korea, so they are megastars in Japan. And like SHINee and BoA, etc., they are so popular in Japan that they are considered part of the mainstream music scene and they are fluent in Japanese. TVXQ has one of the biggest worldwide fan bases and they sell out some of the largest concert venues in the world. They are one of SM Entertainment's top selling groups, easily selling out concert tours around the world. TVXQ's fandom is Cassiopeia and their fan color is pearl red -- which is why you see one of the primary colors in most of TVXQ's MVs is red -- and when you attend a TVXQ concert you will see an ocean of red. Welcome to the Cassiopeia fandom. (Their fandom is named after the 5-starred constellation, Cassiopeia, because they originally were 5 members who were supposed to be gods who came from the stars.) If you like TVXQ then you are a Cassi. (In Japan their fans are called BigEast because Tohoshinki are Gods of the East and they have one of the largest fandoms.)
Since you are a professional singer, we would want to hear your thoughts of TVXQ as a 5 member group. Please react to their LIVE performances. They are so good! Them as 5 is perfect! Their voices are better in LIVE! You will not be disappoint! Highly recommend their Love in The Ice, Bolero, Forever Love (all from their 2009 tokyo dome concert) pleaseeeee! They are soooooooo underrated!
React to TVXQ - Down and TVXQ Killing Voice. Their names of these two are Max Changmin and Yunho ( U-know). From Max Changmin check out Fever, Devil and Chocolate and from U-know - Nexus, Follow and Thank U .
🙂explaining from the start is so frustrating for me😂😂😅 I’m trying 🤓 Thanks for reacting/analyzing though 😅 still enjoyed your reaction ❤ I appreciate it
It will be great if you react to Korean pop-rock band - DAY6 "Killing voice". Their bassist - Young K is the main lyricist of the group, he wrote almost all their songs. He also a solo artist and radio DJ. A lot of popular K-pop Idols/artists are Young K fans! I`d advise you to check his cover-project - "YOUNG ONE", there`s a lot of English songs (btw he is fluent in it). My fav: "Love Me Less" (Max, Quinn Xcii cover), "What Am I" (Why Don't We cover), "Last Call" (Hudson Thames cover), "Like A Star" (Corinne Bailey Rae cover), "What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong cover). IT`s LIVE!
Thank You for TVXQ reaction ❤ A quick summary of TVXQ is their "Killing Voice"..musically I will recommend "Truth" and "Love Line"..actually most of their song are anti-mainstream it's not something that you find in recent generations, but that is just their music style.. And in reality, their solo projects really reflect each member's difference in terms of style..there is this very LONG history about TVXQ, if you want to dig them up..best choice is start from their 5-members era which is 2003-2009..then comparing the musical style after the group split into JYJ and TVXQ (as a duo)..and then comparing their solo projects (U-know, Max, XIA, Jejung, Yuchun).. TVXQ sometimes pose as a sampling group in SM, you know the first to try everything that is why sometimes you kinda "feel" something similar in other SM artists, that is just SM style.. And my personal opinion about TVXQ is that, they are essay, paper or research material in terms of artistry, music and performance.. If you want to react to something EPIC or WILD you can react to TVXQ "Tri-Angle"..no group has ever covered this song, because this song is crazy, the transition is wild too 😅 TVXQ live stage is also EPIC esp their Japanese stage (they are also known as a J-Pop group called Tohoshinki)..there is this live performance called "Crimson Saga" that remind me so much of Dream Theater, you need to check this out.. TVXQ has been around in the bussiness for 20+ years, they are an excellent Artist eventhough their MV views is not as high compared to other K-Pop artist, there are 2 reasons for this : 1. Like I said, their musical style is not in the mainstream, and 2. Most of the fans prefer watching them live on concert or tours than YT 😅.. They are one of the Artist with highest attendance, they can bring at least 1 million people for a single tour.. TVXQ are famous for their stamina and stability in live performances.. Their stages are always EPIC, exciting and satisfying.. Anyway, thanks for reading my comment, I have to re-write my comment because it got deleted T.T ❤
Finally❗️ someone reacting to TVXQ who started out as a 5 member group and ultimately became the fabulous duo Max and Yunho👍 as a suggestion can you also react to some of their older mv's such as "Something"🙏🏼
Watch DOWN!❤. Max Changmins voice reaches super high notes in Down!,..actually Yunho (the lower voice) also reaches quit high notes insn, Down! Must check out their Killing Voice!
You might like Xia Junsu, one of the best vocalist in korean music. He is the former main vocalist of TVXQ, currently a musical/theatre actor. As others said in comments, TVXQ used to be a five member group with three tenor and two bass, a proper acapella group. They often considered as the best male singing group in k-pop history
Not my style. I prefer K-crossover, k-ballads or K-rock from S Korea. K-pop focuses more on the dancing than the vocals. There are also some amazing R&B singers from S Korea. But the group I can’t stop watching is Forestella. They can sing any genre and make it a masterpiece.
Idk, for the first time I listen REBEL I just fell.... It's really weird for me 😁 But then I watch some reviews from vocal coach and music composers, they said how complex the music and this is brilliant art ☺️
Hey Pete, you should've reacted to TVXQ as DB5K, with 5 members. HERO & XIA contributed most to the TVXQ songs. TVXQ is precious as 5. Please react to "Whatever they say"
Ummmm how is this my first time hearing TVXQ?! Y'all didn't tell me there was a bass singer!!! What else from them should I check out and analyze?
They debuted in 2003 as a five member group, and then officially a duo since 2011 after the 3 other members left the grp. Rebel is their 20th anniversary song, a day after Christmas.
Please check out their pre-released mv "DOWN" and also their Killing Voice.
Their killing voice was fantastic
Thank you for listening to TVXQ! I hope you check out more from them as their vocals are phenomenal. Like others have suggested, a good way to hear their voices would be to watch their Killing Voice video. It's a combination of a bunch of songs.
Please react to their killing voice, it is amazing
Their killing voice on dingo is a much watch! ua-cam.com/video/i7GYq_JazwQ/v-deo.htmlsi=Jkr8OScbZww7GOlJ
Or if you want something shorter I'd recommend their pre-release mv before Rebel called Down! ua-cam.com/video/CyUPvo6nsHQ/v-deo.htmlsi=ViB6yruDy0LNTNX7
Killing voice definitely gives a whole analysis of their ranges!
You have to watch their Killing Voice, you're in for a treat! It's a live performance, plus it's a great way to hear a compilation of their songs. They originally had more members but the current two left (the ones in this MV you watched) also sing some of their old songs on Killing Voice.

Seconding Killing Voice.
up! i just said this myself xD
omg yes commenting on this cuz I'd love to see his analysis on them and their songs throughout the years1
Please you have to react to their killing voice!! They're know to be some of the best vocalists in the whole industry!!
Hero Xia Micky should be acknowledged too

You should watch Down. Keep your head down. Changmin - Devil, and Yunho nexus.
You should watch their live performances too as well
Their vocals are INSANE
Yea! Hero, U-Know, Xia, Max and Micky were 5 Mariah Carey’s in a one group
@@nayeonblinkissywe are only talking about Yunho and Changmin here. Stop bringing in the other three.
If you wanna check them out more you should watch their Killing Voice video. Their vocals are insane

Yesss Catch Me!
Ahhh! It would have been fun if you had analyzed their other recent release Down. The tenor gets up into countertenor territory for a hot second!
They are INCREDIBLE

Hero Xia and Max burned the house down in TVXQ’s song “Tongiht”
It would be really fun if you could react to their killing voice so you can have a full gauge of their vocals.
OMG YESSSSS I LOVE THEM! They’re the first kpop concert I went to.
They can also sing in Japanese and Chinese and I think English
Please react to TVXQ Killing Voice - they are incredible (and includes Down with astonishing high notes).
Check out Bolero by TVXQ!
bolero is amazing, also, tonight and begin!
Yes, the Killing Voice for TVXQ, NCT 127 & NCT Dream are awesome! Also recommend RIIZE on FIRST TAKE for Get A Guitar & Love 119 or the it's Live shows.
“Tonight” is the best ballad in DBSK
Since you liked this so much you could also react to 'Down' which was a song from the same album as 'Rebel' that has an mv as well (it was a prerelease I think)! For their older songs 'Chance of Love' is probably my personal favorite :>
I also think you would really like ONF's new release Bye My Monster!
Eu amo TVXQ! Eles já estão vinte anos na indústria e mesmo sem formação original lançam músicas muito boas
thank you for reaction!
EXO is my second most favourite kpop group after Stray Kids :)
I hope you will check out Stray Kids as well and will keep reacting to both groups :)
update: I have seen you have also reacted to Taemin.
So glad you enjoyed!
Their killing voice
PLEEEEAAAASSSSSEEEE
Thanks for the reaction!
I would love to see you react and analysis their vocals on Killing Voice which they sang live there.
PLEASE DO A REACTION TO TVXQ’S DOWN AND THEIR KILLING VOICE VIDEO AS WELL🥹❤️🔥
“Tonight” by TVXQ is the most mesmerizing song of SM ballads
This is quite an old group by kpop standards. They originally had I think 5 members. One of their most famous songs is Mirotic which today is still one of my favorites. Another kpop group with a bass singer is Stray Kids' Felix You might like Maniac...the song is quite manic!!! LOL
Is U-Know the bass singer in TVXQ?
@@JacksonZhang-cu2lh i always thought he was a tenor or a baritone. He would always do lower harmonies when they were singing as five.
@@JacksonZhang-cu2lh u-know is a tenor
Also seconding Stray Kids' Felix (cous pride!).
If you decide to react to them, my top suggestion for the sake of bass clef appreciation is God's Menu.
If you end up doing any casual viewing down the line, I also suggest their Kingdom stages.
OH I just came across this video and I loved loved LOVED your analysis! TVXQ has been my favorite kpop group since 2010 and I do hope you review more of their songs! I'd watch in a heart beat. I appreciate your in depth look at them. Their killing voice is superb for a sampling of their work.
Thanks, Peter! You always make it interesting. 🌸
Thank you ! Please react tvxq killing voice!
Ah, for deep voices in K-pop, you need to react to:
Stray kids explicitly Felix in the group. I think a good example is:
1. Thunderous
2. Live Performance Kingdom:" I'll be your man."
When you like deep woman voices in K-pop, please react to:
Mamamoo definitely lives! They are live queen's
React to immortal songs. I really love all of them.
Ps. Love your analystic content and a silent watcher, so my first recommendation :)
You should check out their other song DOWN 😊
Killing voice is A MUST. THEY KILLED IT. You'll hear more high notes and riffs
These high notes and riffs would be enhanced more in their song “Tongiht”
You won’t believe what Hero, Xia and Max did there
Welcome to SM entertainment = Home for Vocal KINGS! 👏👏👏
NEED YOU TO SEE THEIR KILLING VOICE!
I would like to suggest EXO’s killing voice, and just a short video of D.O from EXO singing rewrite the stars. It was heavenly.
The group’s name in Korean is Dong Bang Shin Ki which means ‘the rising hod of the east’!❤
Tvxq❤❤❤❤❤
great song and enjoyed how deeply you dived in.
Please react to twenty one pilots new songs Next Semester and Backslide.
Killing voice tvxq
Has anyone told you to check out Felix from Stray Kids yet? He's got a surprisingly deep voice. He's a rapper but is gaining confidence as a singer too. 3rd Eye or God's Menu really show off his voice, or his solo Deep End is really good. Talk about a lot going on in a MV...Stray Kids are nuts!...in a good way!❤
omg i would do ANYTHING to get him to react to tvxq killing voice
Yunho is the man with the lower voice. His song Thank U has some interesting vocal elements
Wow, your analysis is so deep in detail. I’m in question about your reaction and analysis for presplit TVXQ like Tonight, Bolero, or Love in the ice.
Tonight! Max, Xia and Hero knocked my socks off
Pls check out their 20 year anniversary on Dingo Killing voice and they cover many genres of music, from bubbly pop, blues/jazz, to ballads and all super well done imo.
i actually would like to hear Peter's reaction to Super Junior's Burn the Floor.
Please listen to their Killing Voice if you get the time. I’ve been a fan (Cassie) since 05, and they’ll always be my favorites. Their acapella back when they were 5 was so much more than we’re used to in kpop these days.
i don't know if anyone mentioned this already but i would love to see your reaction to their killing voice performance
yeah no... soooo many people already said this who am i kidding xD
TVXQ's "Rebel" is their lead track from their 9th full-length Korean album, 20&2 -- 20 years and still 2 members strong -- which was released on their anniversary, Dec. 26, as a celebration of their 20th anniversary. (That's why the song samples the Christmas song "Carol of the Bells," because it's a homage to their Christmastime debut.)
You now need to see them perform "Rebel" with the choreography live.
So the members of JYJ are more known as actors and producers than they are as singers now.)
However, Max/Changmin and U-Know/Yunho continued as TVXQ as a duo.
(Fun fact: Changmin got married in 2020 and he became a father to a boy in 2022.)
U-Know is known for his dancing and his passion for dancing and singing. He is also the rapper of the group. (U-Know truly loves what he does and doesn't hide it. He will tell you he is proud of his accomplishments and he is proud of his work. His off-the-charts passion and intensity is kind of a running joke within the industry. It's one of the things he is most known for.)
Tohoshinki (TVXQ) are one of the most famous singers in Japan as well, even among Japanese artists.
Highly recommend their Love in The Ice, Bolero, Forever Love (all from their 2009 tokyo dome concert)
pleaseeeee! They are soooooooo underrated!
Bass in Kpop? Listen to straykids, they have Felix ❤
Please react to tvxq dingo killing voice
Oooo found a good commentary here👏
React to TVXQ - Down and TVXQ Killing Voice. Their names of these two are Max Changmin and Yunho ( U-know). From Max Changmin check out Fever, Devil and Chocolate and from U-know - Nexus, Follow and Thank U .
More TVXQ please!
best of the best
Lastly if u haven't seen BToB killing voice, they are also a considered very voca heavy group too
Please react to their 5 member music. That’s when they were at their best and untouchable.
Listen to last dance and if you by bigbang for more lower vocals!
You should react to down by tvxq!
🙂explaining from the start is so frustrating for me😂😂😅 I’m trying 🤓
Thanks for reacting/analyzing though 😅 still enjoyed your reaction ❤ I appreciate it
It will be great if you react to Korean pop-rock band - DAY6 "Killing voice". IT`s LIVE!
Also if u have seen the Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift '05 movie which has one of their songs in called Rising Sun.
Thank You for TVXQ reaction ❤
A quick summary of TVXQ is their "Killing Voice"..musically I will recommend "Truth" and "Love Line"..actually most of their song are anti-mainstream it's not something that you find in recent generations, but that is just their music style..
If you want to react to something EPIC or WILD you can react to TVXQ "Tri-Angle"..no group has ever covered this song, because this song is crazy, the transition is wild too 😅
TVXQ live stage is also EPIC esp their Japanese stage (they are also known as a J-Pop group called Tohoshinki)..there is this live performance called "Crimson Saga" that remind me so much of Dream Theater, you need to check this out..
Tvxq❤❤❤❤
Please react to Killing Voice for TVXQ!, BTOB and EXO
I hope you do Mirotic, their most popular song
I would love if you react to "Down" too.. Thank you
*THUMBNAIL (From left to right)* :
MAX CHANGMIN and U-KNOW.
Will an emoji do?❤
React to TVXQ "Down" so good
TVXQ “Tonight” and “Hey Girl” are the best songs
Please react to TVXQ Killing Voice 😁
They're the gods in vocal skills! speacially Changmin! I love them! You must listen to them!
Xia is the vocal god too
Damash has a video from 3 months ago singing with P. Domingo. Beautiful!
React to their killing voice pleaseeee 🙏
Can u react EXO - TEMPO?
they are in the same agency as TVXQ
Bolero❤❤❤
Watch DOWN!❤. Max Changmins voice reaches super high notes in Down!,..actually Yunho (the lower voice) also reaches quit high notes insn, Down! Must check out their Killing Voice!
Xia’s Adlibs, Hero’s whistle notes and Micky’s rap will blow you away too
Stray Kids have Felix. He is a bass or baritone.
Thanks for mentioning Xia! He’s my bias
Martin William Thompson Barbara Jones Richard
Changmin is an amazing vocalist! Honestly, he's the best in 2nd gen for me
Xia’s voice is from another world too!
TVXQ have a lot of good ballads and rnb songs. Oh, have u seen "Before U Go"?
“Tonight”
they do have ballads song. check out their Japanese song. korean also. tvxq good in ballad too. hehehe
Not my cup of tea music vice but great analysis nevertheless. ❤
They've done a variety of genres, I suggest checking out their "Killing Voice" video :)
STRAY KIDS reaction please
OMG TVXQ has some INSANE songs. Could you please react to Max Changmin's Devil, he's the member in the group hitting those high notes
Idk, for the first time I listen REBEL I just fell.... It's really weird for me 😁
But then I watch some reviews from vocal coach and music composers, they said how complex the music and this is brilliant art ☺️
Hey Pete, you should've reacted to TVXQ as DB5K, with 5 members. HERO & XIA contributed most to the TVXQ songs. TVXQ is precious as 5. Please react to "Whatever they say"
Check out the band steelheart she’s gone or I’ll never let you go the singer voices will blow you away
Just like DBSK’s Xia
You should check out their killing voice video! It feels amazing to hear Changmin and Yunho's live vocal
Please watsh shinee hard
React to another group called Ftisland - Take me now.
