I have that bench different brand. I’m only 5’6”, My feet don’t even come close to the floor when I’m benching. I got mine for free so I guess I will just build a platform. I would always check if your a short person buying a bench.
At minute 2.10, for the leg extension exercise, the support should be just at the ankles. If the machine cannot be adjusted to the height of the person, that machine does not work to perform this exercise correctly.
Man, I need this machine! It would make it so much easier to do these workouts at home. At the gyms I go out, most of these workouts are always taken by someone else. Especially the leg extension/curl and flat-incline-decline bench presses.
