Don't have any experience with this particular model, but it resembles my Old Town Vapor 10 Angler kayak. Everything is the exact same except my storage compartment isn't shaped like yours. I have a review of mine and a few lake outings of mine on my channel. I love my Vapor 10 Angler, but I am new to kayaking at an age of 59 yrs old and this was my first one I bought from a co-worker about 3 weeks ago! I love how stable my feels in the water, again yours and mine look exactly alike. Thanks for your review, if I see one of these I may buy one for a back up. Juddie J & J TOA
Thanks for your comment, I'm older than you so light and stable is very good which these kayaks really are. I like it more than I initially did and I think it's a good one for creeks and rivers. The only gripe I have now is the sides are a little bit high and you sit low so paddling is not quite as comfortable as some other kayaks. Overall though I think it's a winner and super tough.
Yeah, i saw your older video here, i drove past here a few days ago. I 'll probably try some of these places. I have an 11ft. Old Town Voyager. I grew up Fishing The Wissahicken Creek and Schuylkill River
My buddy Steve and I fished the Schuylkill a lot years ago, went out at night a lot too. I'll be getting back to it soon, looking forward to that float. Perkiomen Creek is my go to.
The Old Town is very solid durable and bulletproof however the Hook Angler is a good deal faster and better for my needs overall. Fortunately I don't have to choose and can keep both. I would recommend either one as a good choice.
