IVF एक advanced reproductive method है जिससे infertile couples भी माँ पापा बनने का सपना पूरा कर सकते है। ये एक लम्बा procedure होता है जिसमे कई सारे tests और procedures होने के बाद एक महिला pregnant होती है। आज के इस video में डॉ Gunjan, IVF प्रेगनेंसी के ८ महत्वपूर्ण लक्षण ( Signs and Symptoms of pregnancy after IVF)के बारे में जानकारी देती है।
IVF के last stage embryo transfer के बाद couples में nervousness और excitement दोनों होती है। इस स्टेज के 14 दिन के बाद ही पता चलता है की pregnancy हुई है या नहीं। इस दौरान pregnancy के symptoms को जानना और समझना बहुत जरूरी होता है। इस दौरान कोई भी good और bad symptom नहीं होता है जो कुछ साबित कर पाए। बस कुछ guiding symptom होते है जो pregnant होने पर हमें एहसास देते है।
IVF pregnancy के symptoms:
1. Bleeding और spotting: embryo transfer के एक week के बाद patient को bleeding या spotting हो सकती है। ऐसा तब होता है जब embryo uterus में जगह बनाता है और fine veins को disturb करता है जिससे हलकी bleeding हो सकती है।
2. Cramping/ Haviness in Lower abdomen: इसके हिसाब से पेट के नीचे के हिस्से में period वाला दर्द होता है और periods वाले symptom हो सकते है। इस हिस्से में हल्का सा भारीपन महसूस हो सकता है। ऐसा hormonal injections के वजह से हो सकता है और इससे घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है।
3. Tiredness और fatigue: इसके बाद थकावट और कमजोर महसूस हो सकता है। इसके कारन घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है क्योंकि ये normal है। ये symptom injections और दवाइयों कारण भी हो सकता है और pregnancy के कारण भी।
4. Tender, sore breasts: Pregnancy के hormones के कारण breast का size बढ़ जाता है,
sensitive to touch हो जाते है और pain feel होता है। ये सब pregnancy के normal symptom होते है।
5. Nausea: Pregnancy का एक और symptom है उलटी जैसा महसूस होना। लेकिन ये pregnancy का late symptom होता है और embryo transfer के बाद नहीं महसूस होता है। nausea तब feel होता है जब आप pregnant होजाते हो और आपके periods miss होजाते है। ज्यादा उलटी हो तो डॉ से बात करे।
कुछ महिलाओ में pregnancy के कारन मुँह में ज्यादा saliva बनता है और हमेशा मुँह में थूक रहती है। ये भी एक pregnancy का symptom देखा जाता है।
6. Frequent Urination: pregnant होने के बाद uterus का size बढ़ने लग जाता है जिससे पेशाव की थैली पर जोर पड़ने लगता है। ऐसे में महिलाओ को बार बार toilet जाना पड़ता है। इसके अलावा ज्यादा पानी पीने से भी ऐसा होता है।
इसके अलावा ध्यान रखे की अगर आपको urination करते time दर्द हो, bleeding हो, fever हो तो ये शायद urinary tract infection हो सकता है।
7. Vaginal Discharge: pregnancy में blood flow बढ़ने के कारण discharge होना आम बात है लेकिन अगर ये discharge white है, दही जैसा है, yellowish हो, smell है तो ये infection होता है। डॉ को consult करे।
8.No symptoms after Embryo Transfer: इसके अलावा 10- 15% महिलाओ को कभी कभी कुछ symptom feel नहीं होते है।
Embyo Transfer के बाद १२-१४ दिन इंतज़ार करना पड़ता है और उसके बाद blood test किया जाता है जिसको beta Hcg कहा जाता है और इसके बाद आपकी प्रेगनेंसी confirm हो जाती है।
