    I have a Native American herb book. And it can be used for pinworms also. Starting by eating 1 berry then increasing by one each day til you get to 20. Then subtract by one each day till you get back down to 1.
    So 1 first day, 2 second day, 3 third day. Until you eat 20 on the 20th day. Then 19 on the 21st day. All the way back down to 1 on the 40th day. 😁 God bless

    Leo, thank you for your video. With spring wondering if flowers and plants would offer more distillery opportunities. I am thinking of dandelion as one possible choice.

      Definitely! The season is for sure providing more options for distillation. People use dandelion flower and leaves for making its hydrosol. Thank you for your great idea!

    @7.00 when u say it can be used internally, would you just drink the hydrosol? What sort of quantity wd you suggest?

      Yes. Many hydrosols can be used to make drink. General rule is one teaspoon of hydrosol diluted in a cup of water. Once a day. Pause after 2-3 weeks for one week. Make sure the hydrosol tonic water has no negative effects on you before continuing. Please get advice from your doctor for Theraputic use.

    So this hydrosol is an anti- oxidant
    So this is good to add to lotions or creams and actually why some companies have added this-
    Correct?

      Hydrosol is a wonderful replacement for any water used in lotions, creams, shampoos and even sanitizers. Many commercial products use plants or herbs extract which can make them more natural.

    Can you use fresh juniper berries?

    • @LeTimeLeo
      @LeTimeLeo  2 роки тому +1

      Yes. You can use fresh to replace dried. The difference is that your hydrosol can be less concentrated as dried because it also brings water into the distillate.
