So much unpredictable moments in my opinion:
1. Germany knock out early. Lost to Mexico 0-1 & South Korea 2-0 resulting top bottom Group F
2. Argentina nearly knock out in Group Stage (Draw 1-1 Iceland and Lose 0-3 Croatia). In the end lost against France 4-3 on Round 16
3. Sweden top Group F
4. Japan beat Colombia 2-1 Grup H and move to Round 16. Meanwhile Poland top Bottom group H
5. Ballon D'or holder Messi & Ronaldo team got knocked out on Round 16
6. Another champion candidate, Spain lost to Russia on penalties Round 16
7. Japan surprisingly almost beat Belgium 0-2. However, Belgium sealed the victory 3 goals within 20 minutes 2nd Half and move to Quarter- Final
8. England great performance against Colombia and Sweden and made it to Semi-Final
9. Brazil lost against Belgium on Quarter Final 1-2
10. Russia epic fight against Croatia 2-2. Unfortunately lost on penalties.
11. Croatia 1st Final after win against England dramatically 2-1
12. Belgium 3rd position World Cup after beat England 2-0
13. Croatia aggressive play on 1st Half against France, Mistake made by Hugo Lloris on 2nd Half. A great Final to remember.

I will never ever miss a world cup. It's the most wonderful time in 4 years. Even if I will have exams or something during the World Cup, it doesn't matter, I will not resign from watching such a spectacular tournament. My goal is to always watch 2 games everyday and that's what I'm doing next year

Brasil 2014 opening was beautiful,jovial and a pure class,this one Russia 2018 is quite different,magic,very majestic ,has more of universal appeal ,blends Russian,European and universal symbols, the very best of all.I hope that this World Cup will turn out to be the best in history.

This is an Unforgettable World Cup. I am so proud of Peru’s performance. As a Peruvian I can say we made it. (Not very far unfortunately) but we still did it. Not was it only Peru but many more countries like Panama,Egypt,Saudi Arabia,Tunisia,Iceland,Russia, and Croatia who won my heart as a Peruvian. This World Cup was very special. Amazing goals and lots of drama. From the first game to the last, to the first goal to last, I will never forget this World Cup. Amazing football. One team that I won’t forget is Croatia. Having to go to 3 Extra time plus penalties is hard but look, they made history going to the final. They didn’t stop playing until the final whistle which is what every team should do. If you made it this far congrats, I doubted Russia were gonna beat Spain but look. That is why they call it the Beautiful Game. I doubted Russia as the host and now I regret it. Thank you Russia for an unforgettable World Cup it will always have a place in my heart.

Fue un hermoso mundial en todos los aspectos, hasta las cosas no tan importantes como el mismo intro que es una maravilla mostrando la cultura e historia de Rusia en sus grandes obras, lejos lo más emocionante es ver los diamantes y el reflejo de los campeones del mundo.
Este mundial fue espectacular, un anfitrión que hizo una mas que digna presentación, selecciones rebeldes que llegaron merecidamente lejos, partidos emocionantes con definiciones en los últimos minutos y un campeón más que merecido. Gracias Rusia 2018 y está ya la cuenta regresiva para Qatar 2022 con la melancolía de la incertidumbre de si ese mundial estará a la altura de lo que mostraron los anteriores, gracias selecciones, gracias bendito fútbol ❤❤
