Thanks for taking the time to film this and share (and provide captions!). I'm really excited to see how your build flies on 4S as well as 3S Li-ion. The "finger grip for throwing" and the little plastic "u" bracket are for fastening an Insta360 Go camera to the plane's belly. I think there are product photos somewhere of it installed like that. I presume the little circles in the plastic part are for magnets to hold the camera on (which has magnets in it already).
Ohhh ok thanks for the infos, I was very wrong about the finger grip haha. Now it make sense why there's these 2 little holes on this part. But what a weird place to put a camera, no ?
Lol i got the kit versions thinking it came with motors bt it doesn't, luckily for me i got over 20 quads and tons of different motors, bt be aware the kit doesnt come with motors.
vraiment canon tes videos Olivier.
Hey, very nice and informitive video! Which one you suggest for smooth video, the Ranger T1 or the F01? I cant understand the differences between these 2 models and i cant choose. Please help me! The purpose i want it is to fly long range distance's with smooth video feed. Thanks and keep up the great content
The T1 is decently stable but on mine Im using a Runcam thumb and gyroflow stabilization as post process. Its a very light plane, any gust of wind will shake it. I don't know the F01 !
My stock servo is broken because of the maiden crash.. is that servo you are using is the same size with stock servo? Or i will need to cut the wing foam to make it fit?
@@Olivier-C Covered here: ua-cam.com/video/KpYQfwkiHDE/v-deo.html Not exactly in the same class of plane, though, much less sophisticated than this Hee Wing T1 (thanks for this first part of your build, by the way)
I just got my second T-1 this time a kit version. Ty so much for this video!

@@Olivier-C I prefere E6000 for EPP, for EPS or EPO PUR or “gorilla” glue, easier and less messy
Hot glue? Did it came apart yet?
In May, there were no stickers in my set, fenders with motors assembled. One set of propellers.
Как эти детали будут в суровых условиях :) я понимаю в -30 как себя эти защёлки как себя поведут вопрос... а летом то что им будет.
great video, very detailed and the first one with the kit version that I could find. Thanks for the captions as well!
Great job and finesse of installing ur own motors 💯👏👏👏
14:23 i Printet the same vice and i took it for soldering to. Nice to see

Nice and quick video!! Do you have the thingiverse link of the PCB clamp at the end of the video?

Have to cut 1 or 2mm I think, easy
@@Olivier-C is this a better servo than stock? I dunno about servo but mine broke on fisrt crash
@@TERBANGFPV yes better servos, with metal gears. Stock servos are almost always plastic gears, weak
@@Olivier-C the es08md you use is the same size? or you cut the foam a bit ?
You can run 3700kv with 4S easy and it’s great
Sympa 👌
Why not buy the PNP version? It's all assembled
I prefer to fit my own motors and servos and Esc
Bon, bein, à la modélisation 3d maintenant ! :)
Why the R9MX for ELRS?
Why didn’t you use E6000 glue?
Only using hot glue or epoxy
Why not "flieng fish" by atomrc?
What ??
