- Today we take a look at twelvetrees crescent bromley management company limited, Twelvetrees Business Park, Twelvetrees Cres, London E3 3JQ.
Whilst filming on this industrial estate, we encounter the estate security team many times and something didn't seem right.
I decided to take a closer look at them and uncovered very unprofessional behaviour.
They make the sites sound so welcoming here - www.prologis.c...
In reality, well, you can see for yourself in this video!

As a security officer with more than 30 years experience I find that security guy very unprofessional and hope his bosses take action also swearing over the radio is very bad, I've told my colleagues if ever see a auditor just leave them alone but if see a orange bike and green trousers get me a key ring as I only do nights
🤣👍🙌
😂😂😂
Hahahaha 😂
Swearing over two way radio is a serious issue. If ever Ofcom wake up they could be prosecuted. Doubtful they would though.
😂
Absolute disgrace.... Security should be sacked asap. Embarrassing behaviour
Those guys think they're border security in North Korea!
that's what i immediately thought too
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
😂 yea
🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂
Absolutely shocking behaviour from security. Just when I thought I'd seen it all. Great video as always DJ 👍
Orders over loudspeakers, barriers and checkpoints... the sounds and features of a dystopia.
I forgot to include authority figures, you've got the lot here.
Pink Floyds "The Wall"
Big Brother is always watching 😮

Exactly my thoughts 👍🏼
London is the gift that keeps on giving for auditors.
Sadly it highlights how the UK has fallen
And whose fault is it in a democracy with free elections?

how the hell does a private company have the right to barrier or barricade a public access road ?, are they not obstructing a public highway, the streetlights, traffic lights, road markings and bus route all tell me that this is a public highway.
Someone very clever should really try find out the legality of this and get it Stopped. They nearly caused two accidents and probably put someone’s life in jeopardy by restricting the emergency services. Outrageous. Sorry for the rant 🤣
They're trying to mock you on a loud speaker like they're clever but just make fools of themselves.
How childish those security are.
Unbelievable. Sure I heard him say that DJ looked “mentally unstable” 😮
It sounded like a call to prayer
Whu is OK for dj to mock and make fun of people but others cant lol??
Visit S.I.A head office ,should be worth a visit.
he has............
@@t5jerryreally? I must find that one 👍
Totally shambolic. From the self-important security dishing out insults and inability to operate the barriers properly to the complaints handler who, despite being given adequate information as to your location, was incapable of finding it. I would imagine after such a breathtaking display of unprofessionalism and incompetence both are probably on the shortlist for employee of the month.
They will probably be police seargants in six months time 😉
The "delay" is probably deliberate - they hope you go-away!
Private barrier on a public highway? What's going on with that?
Yea I don't even understand the purpose of them
This is not America, we walk on pavements over here.
We're walkin' here!
Yes!! DJ. Pavements not sidewalks if you please. 😅
the phone interaction was ridiculous they took sooo long to find their own site on their system
You gave him the post code the name of the industrial estate and the street name and after 10 minutes he still can't find where it is,. He wasn't doing anything but hoping you would give up.
Agree, appeared he was being intentionally slow, hoping to frustrate DJ into giving up. Like the security, very unprofessional.
Incompetent G4S
The hardest job in the world is to answer a phone and relay message. Many people fail.
Agreed, the guy was trying to dissemble and keep his 100% clean sheet regarding complaints. By the way, 50 Broadway is right near New Scotland yard, a lot of Security firms and Bailliffs round that SW1 location
What do you expect from G4S ?
These security are literally begging for more auditors to come and test them 😂😂
Someone should get fired. Stopping the ambulance. And I am sure those barriers arnt legal in some ways so some other prat should be fired.
if that ambulance was delayed and thereby caused first aid to be applied too late - god forbid - the patient or next of kin can sue G4S….and should do so.
You can train a dolphin, a crow or a monkey to recognise shapes and colours but you cannot train a G4S guard to do his job
Pay peanuts and you get monkeys. Obviously they don’t even pay as much as peanuts otherwise a minimum level of professionalism would occur.
It is known since G4S were appointed, that they are a bunch of incompenent clowns.
A barrier right outside of a roundabout, is absolutely wild.
come to bristol. there are zebra crossings without traffic lights the same distance that these barriers are from the roundabout
I love it when DJ visits London, he just highlights what a basket case the place is!
He does the same when he goes to wales, Yorkshire, the south west, the midlands, east anglia etc etc
This is like something from an 80s sci fi film, authoritarian robots barking orders over public announcement speakers for everyone to hear.
let your children know that WILL be their future, basically hunger games
Patrick Mc Googhan.The Prisoner.
How 1984 was that? Orders given over a Tannoy in a publicly accessible location.
Is the next step to take you to Room 101 for thoughtcrimes?
It had a WW2 prison camp vibe about it.
@@cyc00000The Prisoner...Classic 60s thriller.
It'd be more orderly and safe without security running the place like a Mumbai highway.
Dead right
Only way though know how to do it though lol...
Yes!!
They would just drive throw the barrier in Mumbai lol
Sacking offence blocking emergency vehicle.
Brilliant and perfect example of citizen journalism ❤
I don't think that particular neologism is going anywhere.
Head office seemed as unprofessional as the security.
Wonder if security doesn't think there is access to the memorial garden on the estate? Part of the former gasworks land redevelopment planning, the pavements along Twelvetrees Crescent and Cody Road are public access footpaths. Likely public use of the pavements is specified in various planning documents while the road itself is maintained by the property manager.
The Bromley-by-Bow Gas Works Memorial Garden is a prominent feature, restored as part of the 2005 redevelopment. London Garden Trust notes it as a publicly accessible park and provides a good write-up with history, features, and photos and memorial plaque histories. The Twelvetrees Cresent bridge was constructed around 1870 when the gas works were constructed. Prior to the gasworks, the land was open field and marshes with an isolated rocket works south or near the current roundabout where DJ recorded.
Great video and attempt to resolve issues concerning uneducated security. 🚀👍⭐⭐⭐🚀
No wonder G4S keep loosing prisoners, their a joke as security.

I would argue that a "sad, sad life", is being a security guard, sat in a hut, barking orders at people over a tannoy / loudspeaker.
Being rude and unprofessional, and talking snide comments to his friends over PMR radio.
And that wasn't a dig at security guards in general, btw. A lot of them actually know what they're doing.
I think the complaint was warranted here.
There's usually no point complaining to most companies, as it often doesn't go anywhere, but I have a feeling it might do in this case.
Took me under a minute to type what you told the guy on the phone on Google Maps. Having run a security firm for 15 yrs this show of unprofessional people is embarrassing to the industry. Keep showing up the bad guys
@@kevinoates1910 tbh I reckon the guy on the phone was probably thinking "he's just one of those annoying guys who goes round filming companies and looking for trouble" and likely claiming to not be able to find the location as an excuse because he couldn't be bothered to deal with it due to what I just said above and passing him over to the other department that never answered the call was most probably just a cop out so he could get out of dealing with it. I maybe wrong but that's how it came across to me.
I love your video's. What an absolute disgrace they are. Shocking!! Keep up the good work DJ 👏
First few minutes reminded me of how the UK is managed!
Im pleased you know what he's saying. Ask him what else he got for Christmas , i bet he got a karaoke machine 😂, he loves the sound of his own voice , the trouble is no bugger knows what hes saying 😂
The final shot, through the window showed security bloke spooning his lunch into his gob. Surely not the time and place to do that?
Sounds like none uk citizens operating the security office and mocking the members of publick
What a unprofessional company GS4 is. It's obvious they were the cheapest tender.
Obviously cheaper by miles! (Or are they still bribing to get contracts?)
No proper company would have security like that
Half-life 2 vibes like some soviet dystopia with that droning authoritarian voice filling the air.
Not even City 17 was this bad.
I really want to see TLA taking this assignment on! Well done for highlighting these operational situations!
Everyone contact SIA and report these unprofessional muppets!!!
What a joke . Is completely disgusting what’s is going on there
Checks welfare of the guards, but can't locate where the site is. Crazy.
What are the barriers for ??? It looks like a public highway to me, especially with the local bus route. Getting more and more like North Korea everyday. Blaring out orders and commands over a tannoy system into a public area, holding up emergency vehicles and public buses. Sounds more like a prison yard. If a road contractor or council were working on the roads and were backing up traffic onto roundabouts and holding up traffic, the police would have them stop as a hazard. The guy on the phone was hoping you were gonna get sick and give up.
Really childish to mock over a loud speaker like that.
Good job again DJ love watching your videos 😊
Astonishing incompetence in G4S InformationTechnology HR and recruiting. Sickening.
Yeah, the whole lot is a complete shambles. ( Your dog is so cute 😘)
It isn't a sidewalk, it is a footpath, or, pavement!

I call it "Banana Boat Bollocks"
Couldn't understand much of it to be honest, sounded like a load of mumbo jumbo to me!
G4S. Say no more.
I never thought I’d have to speak three languages to know where I could/couldn’t go. Come on UK, stand up for yourselves 🙇♂️
You are right close to "Bow locks" there DJ. Seems very apt ! 😂
Hahaha DJ audits is going to stop him playing games with the Tannoy 😂😂😂, that'll fix it ...
This place needs a mass audit. See how many cameras they can watch at once.
The tannoy is a comedy moment in itself. Brits don't listen to tannoys, they need to learn this
True we don’t listen to tannoys or read notice boards. 😂
I am happy to be unemployed rather than work for companies who infringe on people's legal rights, as many try to during the making of these films.
These security goons calling a footpath a sidewalk now.
Hang on a minute DJ, why are you giving them the address information for them . They should look it up, for god sake. It's their site . It's a joke really in my opinion if they can't find their own site , good grief 😑 pathetic company...
The barriers will be put on manual to stop the security from sleeping on shift.
You'd think an immigrant in a new country would be a little more humble and appreciative but unfortunately they immediately start to act like they own the place. It's only going to get worse I'm afraid. It's only a matter of time before there's an uprising in this country.
This must go down as one of the most ridiculous videos that security guards have even been involved in the company investigate why they think they are working in the royal mint jokers on the phone can’t find out were you are so if there’s a major incident there’s no help 😱
Someone tell that security gaurd he's in Britain. Seems to think he's in a different country. Even referring to "pavements" as "sidewalks".
I hope that G4S is proud of this shower! You get what you pay for. I just hope nobody was hurt as a result of the emergency services vehicles being delayed at the gate, which itself s an offence under the Emergency Services Obstructions Act 2006. It is clear that nobody from G4S Management is checking what these clowns are doing day to day. Does not look good for G4S. Hiring the wrong people is worse than hiring nobody. It looks like the problems extend to the G4S HR department, which is a bit worrying. 🙄
I worked for G4S years ago in Recruitment, finding people to hire as security guards.
Believe me when I tell you they will take on anyone to fill these roles.
ANYONE.
What is the point of having those barriers down during the day? Surely, they could just keep them up when they're busy. I'm pretty sure they can all be switched off while up, certainly the one we have can.
G4S on the phone were also pretty useless.
"The auditor arriving at platform 1 will be calling at all premises".
_(Shakes head in disbelief given the auditor might even be hearing impaired)_
Thanks for reporting these absolute idiots from other countries that have very limited language or social skills being employed as security
This country is falling fast

God forbid G4S take care of a child's playground.
OMG ! 😱 my ears are bleeding , you can tell someone has put him in charge of the new toy and now they totally regret it 😂 Beam me up Scottie ! 😂
Actually Kirk never said that
"We come in peace"

He's using rhe Tannoy system as his own personal loud 🔊📢 hauler 😮 really unprofessional , he needs to concentrate on opening the barriers 😮
On the plus side the tannoy would be convenient to use to call people to prayers.

That business park is like it's artwork.......A LOAD OF BALLS!
It's not a sidewalk, it's a pavement. This is still England.
Yeah, some have also started calling it a "footway" - no idea where that comes from but we shouldn't stand for it!
what if a deaf person walks on grass😂😂😂
They didn't embarrass anyone other than themselves mate.
what do you expect for the money they are paid, low wages = minimum effort.
Yes. These companies often dont care about the quality of their security, they just need to have a guard for insurance purposes
Yet again, foreign "security".
North Korea in Britain 😅
Why is there a barrier on/off an industrial estate when the individual businesses all probably have them as well???? 🤔
And it’s a FOOTPATH, not a SIDEWALK 🙄
Tell them it's not a sidewalk it's a f****** pathway! Where do they think they are?!!
Pathway?? If your going to correct someone, at least make sure your correction is correct… it’s a f****** pavement 😂
@@davegerrard4960 OMG. Pavement, pathway it's the same but it's not a f****** sidewalk 🤣🤣 I think a pavement is made with paving slabs anyway and not tarmac/asphalt. But who cares.

Best of order thank you. We on the comiteeee…..
Unbelievable that they don’t know where you were after giving all information🤷♂️
I used to work for a security company and thought they were shite but these take the buscuit!!

What a shambles
Your man harping on in 'God voice' was surreal. Like a cult announcer or the fight club fiend house. Great vid as always
G4s unbelievable...... how do these people get a job... GET RID OF THEM THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
The companies pay for these clowns maybe they should get a refund .... and professional security
If you pay Peanuts you get elephants.
so much you have highlighted that requires attention DJ, well done again. Hope all these points you have raised are acted on, nah , they will not do a thing about anything. Rude security highlighted . Phone call was frustrating to hear.
Michael was too cowardly & lazy to take responsibility and do his job properly, was just fobbing you off. Pathetic.
I used to drive a Royal Mail van in HMNB Portsmouth, and no one has authority ( exception traffic coppers) to stop you. Hope these chimps don't try here.😊
As a bus driver i was stopped by a road worker in Leeds. As i drove past he called me a W@nker. He was trying to stop me to let a large crane reverse out of a road. The crane driver was still lifting up the hydraulic feet of the crane so i kept going to keep to time. Told the depot manager about it in case of complaint and he said "Only a copper can stop you" which i already knew.
Security guy with a tiny bit of power manages to cause maximum disruption . . . as is ever the case.
Standard g4s im afraid...getting hold of management is nigh on impossible...and that's for guards....let alone the public.....terrible training...and even worse management
DJ hope you keep update on this it will be interested to see what G4S about this problem
I worked at twelve tree’s crescent the security keep the barriers down to stop people entering without their consent they also stop people using it as a rat run to avoid traffic the reason why people turn around is if security see them cutting through the estate the will not let them out forcing them to turn back And their is intercoms at the barriers to talk to security
Sounds legally very dubious to me. But it would need a lawyer with solid knowledge in the area to give a meaningful answer, and even they would probably need to see the agreement between the estate owner and the council.
If you provide a road for ordinary public use, that happens to be an efficient route for the public, can you then stop the public using it?
