Yes, you are correct! I have been wanting creeping fig and have tried planting many times in the upright position and they always die every one. Layed one on the ground used a little dirt to hold down and its growing. Finelly did it!!!!!!9
Wow mind-blowing all in 1 video not i had an question how would it work if you use so rope as a vine since the rope can retain water would it work by wrapping around it an try to make designs since the plant just keeps growing
My vine was growing out of control on this wall so I decided to cut the top and the next thing I know it the plant starts to separate from the wall and it is just hanging there like a 1/2 peeled orange, so I took string and supported the leaves back on this fence but I am replacing the fence. IDK will the plant learn to adhere to the wall again? Didn't expect the leaves and branches to separate from the wall. IDK I just planted this against the wall and it grows like a weed with some sun and some water.
nice video, how often do you water them? I have some of them and they grew just fine but after a year they started falling down and some of them died, any advice? I am going to start watering also the vines, not only the roots.

Hello, mine too, but you just have to continue to water it. Sometimes ants love to make it their home

Normal plants= water at roots
Creeping fig= water at roots and water at leaves.

Hello make sure you press it on the soil. Make sure it is stick to it... Don't water it for the meantime... Water it on the next day
