Hello, I am Venezuelan, I am currently on my way to the US by land. by chance there is work on something in that city or nearby my wife and I are in love with the city I would not like to know if there is any temporary shelter for even a week while I work and gather to be able to remodel a house I am from the countryside of my country no I really like big cities that city is beautiful. I moved out of the Mon Valley 15 years ago. I always wonder what happens to places like Monesson. Do they just decay to nothing and get reclaimed by nature or do they just continue a steady level of decay indefinitely?

I fell right on my ass over there. Twin Kiss. I ate so much Twin Kiss and breaded mushrooms and root beer in the frosty mugs I shit my pants. We used to swim to Monessen from the 2nd St boat ramp in The Magic City. I shit you not. Those were the days my friend. We thought they'd never end. We thought the mill would never close. But guess what. GUESS THE FUCK WHAT!!
The only thing Monessen can do is remove blighted structures with public money from where ever they can get it. I think as long as there is a coke oven battery there the town will never improve. the best that can be achieved is a steady state where people stop leaving.
