I really don't understand how any of these traits are negative. If anything they are the traits of someone who is seeking to be wise, and balanced. You can't do that when you are surrounded by idiots who don't understand what you are trying to accomplish.

This video keeps contradicting itself by saying sigma males strive for success but also saying they don’t care what others think. Sigma males have their own ideas of success, this is often completely different from what most people would consider success to be. That could be something as simple as earning just enough money for a comfortable life & actually enjoying that life rather than chasing material gains.
Have stumbled upon this term quite recently, I fortunately have a very sigma wife and a very close sigma male friend. I honestly thought they were pretending to not understand, but my mate has pretty much convinced me they don't understand, they're completely unconsciously aware of their behaviour. I think that makes the difference in Sigma men and women. We are consciously aware of our actions because of this inner mapping we can do to understand ourselves.

I found that brazilian jiu-jitsu training is enough socialising for me, and satisfes my longing for chess, keeps me in shape and the pleasure aspect is addicting. I do find these similarities in this video to be quite accurate. I wouldn't rather be any other way than a sigma.
my study of social interactions shows there are some people who are genetically very talented in things but in their childhood they were not allowed to express them selves properly (in my case by my father). so we lose trust of other people and we know from inside that we are better than other. thus people like us are created. there nothing to be proud in being called sigma or nothing negative about being sigma. everything is just the outcome of our social structure. whats ur view?
