    He really knows the game inside out, knows what it takes for the team to play consistently well. I like to think that his AMAZING work with the Remparts in Québec City has given him an incredible knowledge on how to improve a team with very practical advice, being straight to the point with the players - hopefully still direct :)- , and on how to stimulate everybody. And personally, I still wants to se his Fire behind the bench. He is no 'chicken', not to say that he is a Tiger (!), and the league needs to know it. He deserves all the success.
