@@varunravi6461 Because electronic City and Whitefield passengers will anyway get Hosur airport which is closer to them than Ramanagar.
Also Ramanagar doesn't have proximity to Golden quadrilateral, new Chennai expressway which will give access to Chennai port, and MMLP multimodal logistics park which will be biggest in India. So in terms of cargo movement Nelmangala will be game changer

We need International Airport in South-West of Bangalore (Mysore Road/Magadi Road), the issue with distance to current airport for south and southwest residents will be addressed and it will also be nearer to Dabbaspet, Tumkur etc for cargo movement. Mysore road already have very good infra, Nice Road Connectivity, Mysore Expressway, Metro. Suburban railway and Peripheral Ring Road Part-2 from Hosur Road to Mysore Road is planned, Nice Expressway land can be used to build new expressway.

Ramanagara is at south east of Karnataka and it is close to thr border. Government should build airport at north west of the city , (away from thr border)so that maximum Kannadigas can benefit. If you develop Ramanagar, Kanakabpura, Electroniv citynside, it will benefit Tamilians of Tamilnadu. If you develop near Hoskote, Kolar, Chikkaballapura side, Telugaits and Andhra Pradesh will benefit. Hencr, they need develop the sity towards north west

Bangalore Intl Airport doesn't have Metro connectivity although its operational for last 15 plus years. Why didn't any of the politicians highlight the real time issues which common people are facing already??
