As an architect who has watched countless hours of architecture content on UA-cam I must say this was better than most. I'm not sure I could have described these spaces better and its my actual profession 😅Please do more of these!
He definitely embraced the seamlessness🙄 I took a shot every time he said those two words and sadly now have a liver that's fattier than a perigordian goose's.
Ariana Grande used to live there. My friend lives across the street from there and we used to always look at the building with I visited him before I moved out of NYC. I love how it looks. Very unique design.
I saw when this building was constructed, and because of its design I have a nickname for it. The first time I saw it, I called it the " Meet George Jetson" building
The interior decorators for this project utterly failed. This level of design is something to expect for a mid-range luxury apartment, not one of the most coveted units in the only Zaha Hadid building in NYC. They should have consulted ZHA (Zaha Hadid Architects) to stage this unit, it's just that disappointing. Justin, you toured this wonderfully, better than most popular brokers on social media. You really focused on the experience, high quality materials, and unique ZHA touches that you won't find in any other apartment in the city. Perhaps they should invite you to redesign this show unit.
In addition to the plastic kartell chairs, one should definitely mention that every single window was super dirty! Even the ones that are easy to clean. I think cleanliness is a must-have for real estate or apartments in this size.
@@VollPfostenKlopfer Yes! Also, cleaning is the easiest and cheapest effort. Of course their are some who would think the interior is “cool” but I think a more sophisticated staging team could have found a more neutral design theme to be more broadly interesting.
Damn J……I LIVE here, and LOVE walking the High Line. Just so jealous you actually get to SEE a space in these wonderful buildings. You actually capture the beauty of the city man. Great job. ❤👏🏾👍🏾
great job and the place was absolutely beautiful. I work in Manhattan but stay in jersey. Places like this make me wish I had the money to live like this in Manhattan lol. .
Great tour :) I would be glad if tell me which is the song in the first sveral seconds of the video. If somebody knows please let me know. Thank you in advance.
I didn’t know she had a condo building in New York. It’s weird it’s like a building from the gulf transplanted in nyc. Also this futuristic look is very commonplace in the gulf countries although zaha hadid was one of the pioneers of it.
Curved glass always looks so cool. Some of the organic shapes look they are straight out of an Alien movie. I want to live in a Zaha world, sad to think she is gone.
but it looks like there is no privacy since the high line is below with millions of ppl walking pass it everyday especially the summer. so do you want ppl to look at your constantly everytime you come out to the balcony?
It’s a bit weird it’s like New York City apartment meets the gulf, there are elements that are very stereotypical Chelsea apartment and elements that are very gulf and Zaha Hadid. Apartments in the gulf aren’t usually compartmentalized like this.
They somehow managed to avoid placing a Mario Bellini ‘Camaleonda’ sofa as well restraining themselves from placing a single instance of anything by Pierre Jeanneret. Quite a feat. 😂
there is a reason why he couldn't sell it. rich ppl wants privacy and there are millions of ppl walking in the high line everyday especially during the summer. do you want ppl to gawk at you everytime you come out to the balcony?
The best part about New York City is to be able to just sit back and enjoy your surroundings, quietly in a crazy city - seeing all the plebeians running around, on a random 11am Tuesday morning 🤦♂
Our photo studio was two blocks away (10th/31st) when the Hudson Yards development began and we saw the Hadid designed building emerge. I think your tour was great but for me the building is over-designed.
It’s stylish and appealing but I was surprised how conventional the interiors are, there isn’t really an interior architecture wow factor, although I did like the bathroom and some of the subtleties. The owners have a huge living room with tons of potential but have rammed the sofa back against the wall and if you are entertaining with guests almost everybody has to sit perched on an isolated chair around the edge. To be fair, that worked in Jane Austen’s day, maybe that’s how they entertain visitors. These kitchens always look wonderful but no real cook would lay out a kitchen like that, you have to walk all around the island to get to key appliances and while it looks great on video, in reality you’d have hot pans, food boards, utensils and used dishes all out in vision of your guests, most home cooks aren’t well enough organised to keep the kitchen looking gleaming when in use.
To me, the view isn’t that special. What you see. The interior is not for everyone. I would see mostly artists types. Creatives. Would appreciate this more.
Started off good at the beginning , but than all that WHITE threw me off completely, I felt like I was stuck in a random LAB, I'm sorry but I'm still gonna go wit QUAY TOWER better in Brooklyn :)
Impressive in many ways but the interior is cold, antiseptic, and soulless. The candy cane confections suit a Barbie Dreamhouse but not Zaha Hadid... and forget about putting a Weber on that balcony.

Steward Hicks is an Architect and another youtuber that is doing great work.
The Architecture of the Building and the Apartment is just stunning 😍.... the interior design could of been alittle bit more sophisticated.....
I just absolutely love the ultra modern/abstract esque of this building
Got to walk past it many times on the High Line.. Its amazing.. Glad you got to step inside..!
I walk The High Line every time I go to NY just to see the gorgeous apartments and this too is my favourite. Thanks for sharing inside! ❤
Beautifully shot Bro! This is such an amazing space. I walk by this building alot and always wondered what it looked like on the inside.
Ariana Grande used to live there. My friend lives across the street from there and we used to always look at the building with I visited him before I moved out of NYC. I love how it looks. Very unique design.
I love how one of the most known fact aside from the architectural uniqueness of this building is that Ariana Grande used to live there
@@thischeeseburger 🤣🤣🤣
Killed it on this one bro! Love seeing these luxury property walkthroughs, hope you do more next year
I saw when this building was constructed, and because of its design I have a nickname for it. The first time I saw it, I called it the " Meet George Jetson" building
Zaha is honest and amazing in large spaces, in cellular spaces she is rudimentary, therefore the decoration turned out to be rudimentary too.
The Architecture of the building is magnificent 👍

Yep. Feels like a staging storage unit threw up...
The interior decoration is just wrong for the entire space. The plastic chairs were particularly insulting.
The interior designer really took the "gallery" aspect of the building as literal. It really looks likes an art gallery than a home.
In addition to the plastic kartell chairs, one should definitely mention that every single window was super dirty! Even the ones that are easy to clean. I think cleanliness is a must-have for real estate or apartments in this size.

This is great Justin! I also recently walked past this building on the highline and wondered what the interior looked like!
Where do you shop for clothes? .....how about a series on the things that u wear and use ....I love your style
The quote: The word is but an illusion. Justin: inspirational
J Balvin lives in the PH.Had the pleasure to do some special finishes for Rick and Jose in that amazing Hadid building.
Great video!!!!!
Damn J……I LIVE here, and LOVE walking the High Line. Just so jealous you actually get to SEE a space in these wonderful buildings.
You actually capture the beauty of the city man. Great job. ❤👏🏾👍🏾
*That is some architecture.*
great job and the place was absolutely beautiful. I work in Manhattan but stay in jersey. Places like this make me wish I had the money to live like this in Manhattan lol. .
wow, just walked by two weeks ago. Had the same question as what it would be like inside. Thanks a lot for the video.
I'm shocked the apartment owners let you walk around in there on that white rug with your shoes on
Such a beautiful design. Loving the decor as well.
Great tour :) I would be glad if tell me which is the song in the first sveral seconds of the video. If somebody knows please let me know. Thank you in advance.
honestly one of my favorite buildings in lower Manhattan as well
Nice crib what do u do for a living
Thank you fir sharing a beautiful building and condo home!!😊😊
Sorry!! Thank you "for" sharing!!!😊😊
Damn! That architecture reminds me of the city from Star Wars. So cool
STUNNING BUILDING ❤❤❤
STUNNING
It looks a little like a car park. I have sometimes been in a parking garage and thought about what a cool living space could be made in there.
how much is the unit?
I love this building too
Amazing building
Starchitecture, bespoke finishes, but still have a big round column in the middle of the living room blocking the view.
inspirational quote on the wall of the dining area LOL
Branching out to real estate videos, nice!
just found you - -- love the content that provide!
Looks like the building they have proposed in Surfside, Fl
what is the make of the bed in the primary suite ?
If you could, maybe a touring some apartments from Aman New York residence? Ehehe
I didn’t know she had a condo building in New York. It’s weird it’s like a building from the gulf transplanted in nyc.

What Jacket is he wearing?
Curved glass always looks so cool.

I want to live in a Zaha world, sad to think she is gone.
I would've been PISSED to have a round window & QUICK to hang curtains 😅😢
Loved the video so much.
Justin is justincredible
Just beautiful. Thank you sir.
What brand of cargo pants are those?
Reminds me of a futuristic/ 60s or so style
Zaha Hadid is the best. You should also check out their projects in China, which are incredible.
Why does the pool only deepen by 3 inches across its entire length? Seems odd.
How can I obtain a second job with Serhant?? I would love to be able to afford one of these in my own city.
this is gorgeous
I've walked by this building. I've taken dozens of pics of it. I wish I could live inside it.
simply beautiful 💯
Justin. Your content. ❤❤
Austin Powers would love it !
Wow, what a landmark
Architector design is much ....
Explaination ❤❤🎉🎉
Justin Tse venturing into real estate 😂
but it looks like there is no privacy since the high line is below with millions of ppl walking pass it everyday especially the summer. so do you want ppl to look at your constantly everytime you come out to the balcony?
the imax theater is insane
I've passed this building so many time and wondered who designed it
It’s a bit weird it’s like New York City apartment meets the gulf, there are elements that are very stereotypical Chelsea apartment and elements that are very gulf and Zaha Hadid. Apartments in the gulf aren’t usually compartmentalized like this.
The designers managed to introduce every single cliche' when choosing the furnishings. Tacky, unoriginal, unimaginative.
They somehow managed to avoid placing a Mario Bellini ‘Camaleonda’ sofa as well restraining themselves from placing a single instance of anything by Pierre Jeanneret. Quite a feat. 😂
AWESOME🔥
I love Zaha Hadid!
This looks like a fancy nail salon
When did the master bedroom become a "primary suite"?
When developers and realtors finally realized that women can purchase homes on their own.
is not a penthouse and it does not cost 250 millions, it was on sale for under 10 millions and Serhant couldn't sell it
there is a reason why he couldn't sell it. rich ppl wants privacy and there are millions of ppl walking in the high line everyday especially during the summer. do you want ppl to gawk at you everytime you come out to the balcony?
I call this Contemporary Tacky
Well said/written
Breathtaking .....😁😁😁👍👍👍
Hey Justin! Come to India once
Why do u have your shoes on, walking all over the rugs? Why not wear house shoes or put covers over your shoes?
The best part about New York City is to be able to just sit back and enjoy your surroundings, quietly in a crazy city - seeing all the plebeians running around, on a random 11am Tuesday morning 🤦♂
I always found this building intriguing; anyone knows how much is rent 😂?
Theres a theater but not a gym??

nice condo!
Hard to believe Hadid died in 2016 she definitely had skills.
My goal is to create one gingerbread house like it was designed by her! What candies should I use? 😅

I am curious about what kind of super rich people gonna live in such a building.😂
my dream home
Sweet
Started off good at the beginning , but than all that WHITE threw me off completely, I felt like I was stuck in a random LAB, I'm sorry but I'm still gonna go wit QUAY TOWER better in Brooklyn :)
If I rem Ariana.G is owning 1 Condo in that Building!
Very good presentations somehow your street wears; even-though they maybe are designers, just don’t fit this occasion.
I don’t even wanna know the rent there 😭
Do you even know what a condo is? Chris, it's like a home. You only pay for utilities and property taxes, otherwise you own the unit you BOUGHT
I think Ariana has a 16 million dollar unit here
decor with the different chairs is unique but not practical
"the curves transcend throughout"
Both of you guys write down

Living room decor is heinous ngl.

The building is amazing! But the apartment shown's decor is not even close to the level of the building it self.
It looks like your house bro
