First time I have seen a card like this one. I love the copper. Copper any day over regular paper. The cinnamon cider even looks like copper. Thanks for sharing. Crafting love and hugs to you.
Thank you so much I really really love the fall card much better than the other one, it’s the copper that makes it so special. Please stay safe and well too
The copper leaf version is hands down the winner. I think using rich raspberry (I think that is the color in the plaid) for the leaf would make that one pop, too. Just a thought.
Hi Sharon, I LOVE this card and shall certainly be making it for my Husbands birthday this November. Please keep the GREAT videos coming, loving them. Even though I have been stamping for over 20 years I am learning loads of new tricks and techniques from you. Thank you, Linda from England
I am so glad that you love this card and will make it for your husband's birthday! I will keep the videos coming! Thrilled that I can still share new things with you!
Amazing. I know my sister and brother will be taking the card apart to figure out how this is done. It looks so complicated and it isn’t at all. Thank you for the clear demo.
No that is a fun fun fold! Gorgeous and masculine; I'm sure your son will like his card very much, Sharon. The fall card, of course - my husband and son-in-law helped out and both said, that the blue one had too much ... PINK LOL!
Oh man, I'm over the moon! I'm pretty new to card making so this looked like it was waaay beyond what I could do. I followed you step by step and in 3 hours (not bad for a newbie, I think) I had made a really lovely card. I'm so proud, I'll send it to a special friend. I'm going to make some more, these are the neatest cards! Just thank you so much!
I love hearing the excitement in your words! I am so happy that you made my card even if it looked hard. Your friend will love the love you put into the card too! Happy Stampin'!
I’ve been looking for the perfect guy card for a young male friend. This is perfect and I thank you for your perfect card and perfect timing as his birthday is the 2nd
Love both of the cards. Is there any way you could let us know the sizes of the squares - for those of us who don't have the dies? Thank you for all you share with us.
I am glad you loved both cards! Thank you! I just measured and the Early Espresso Layer is 2 3/4" x 2 3/4", The Cinnamon Cider Layer is 2 5/8" x 2 5/8"
@@TxStampinSharon Thank you so much. I am a fairly new demonstrator in Maryland. The squares are on my wish list (which keeps getting longer and longer).
SU doesnt have those layer stitched square dies anymore nor do I have them but wish I did. Wish they would bring them back. Also wish SU would make a few more stamps and dies that are masculine. I know they have made some and I did buy some but we stampers probably could use more of them.
We still carry the Stitched Shapes which has squares. We also have the Layering Squares Dies that I used on todays card. I have given it a lot of thought about suggesting masculine stamp sets to Stampin' Up! I mean they have had boats, golf, fishing, etc type stamps. But what if none of those work? Which is why I made a fun fold and used DSP and masculine colors!
Amazing fun fold card👍Both are beautiful! 💓Thanks for sharing!🙏
Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed this fun fold!
