Great video 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻. Thanks for showing the machine that loads the wood on the trailer. I was asking. Have a great Easter weekend Phil and Karen. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻🐰🐰🪵🪓🔥
Not a problem Noel I havant forgotten you wanted a chain sharpening video as well . Still trying to figure out a way to make it interesting . You guys have a great Easter weekend as well .
Thanks Phil. Well you know, like you say. There’s all kinds of sharpening videos out there. So, if you get a chance to do it, great. If not that’s ok too. I know you’re busy. 👍🏻👋🐰🐰
I can't imagine that Phil's truck would be full of soda cans??? Love your video each week. Wow, that was a big oak tree, you got some nice saw logs out of that. I have one that big that uprooted on my place. I have tried to get someone to come take it for lumber but no one will come for 1 tree. It will probably end up firewood. It is 34" at the base and will make 4 logs before you come to a limb.
Sounds like a nice bunch of logs ya have there James . Around here we have places we can bring logs an sell them . I only ended up with 1 saw log the 2 big ones had a 4 in round bad spot that traveled up through the tree so they will end up being firewood .
Another great video. Some nice free trees you had give you. That was a great load of wood ye delivered to your cousin. Your saw sure cuts like butter. See you on your next video.
Very nice load of logs. Those CTX100 units with grapples are great machines for the wood yard. He certainly pushes the limits, likely changes the front bearings often.
@@AllenFamilyFirewood Its the same with skidsteers, whether it's wheeled or tracked, when carrying heavy, all the weight is on the forward bearings. Ask me how I know woodchuckcanuck.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/20201027-skidsteer-rebuild-undercarriage-right-side.jpg
Nice logs guys. So your tree service guys do tree removal and driveways. That's great. Mine does tree removal and live edge boards. They are just now getting the website going too so should be fun to watch this side of them grow.
Yup mike does both an it works out good for him . That’s a good mix as well doing the live edge boards . I’ve built a few camps up north an I always use live edge for trimming out doors and windows an the countertops are 3 in thick live edge as well . Kinda gives everything that rustic look .
Enjoyed your video, know what it’s like running a small business seems there is always something that keeps it from going smooth! Hope it gets better as your weather improves.
Yup there’s always something that ain’t going right but I like the challenges it brings an it keeps be busy chasing my tail most days . We appreciate ya watching . Thanks
Well , the delivery got done. Karen saved herself from stacking an additional 2 cords. Nothing got broke. The suns out. What a great day. Phil’s heading to cut pine. You guys have a Great Easter weekend. Al
Karen I think you should pull Phil’s truck up beside the conveyor and feed them dew cans on. I’d like to see ya fill the dump trailer with Mtn.Dew cans😂That was an impressive dump of splits👍🏻👍🏻
Phil & Karen, another great video. Never say never, where there’s a will there’s always a way. Someday, I’d like to come help pile firewood if you take volunteers. I haven’t piled a great amount of firewood since the 80’s for my father-in- law up in the county. I got a drone & maybe I could make a little video of your wood yard. Let me know if you want a free hand someday & as Joe, from OWB says, Have a great day.👍👍Keep the videos coming. Dave D from Auburn.
Thanks Dave you stop by anytime you want I will even have a cold mt dew there for ya . I’m there 7 days a week . Shoot us an email an we will get the address to ya . We live in auburn as well but the wood yard is in gray . Them drones are perdy neat rigs for getting some nice video .
Enjoy your videos, Karen you always look neat and clean whereas Phil looks like just crawled out of a dumpster, lol anyways Happy Easter to you both, Cheers.
Hello Phil and Karen. That was some load of wood, that should be enough for a season for most homes. Will that big piece of oak fit on your saw mill? You can get some nice slabs from that. Maybe you can start making dining room tables on the side. Thanks for another good video.
It would have fit but after looking at it the ctr was bad on both ends . Only ended up with 1 good saw log from the 2 loads of oak . I like building stuff but between keeping the wood yard going an making videos we are right out strait just keeping everything going .
Oh my God, I can’t believe how much rain you guys are getting, lol. You poor people! That’s a lot of wood to collect, cut, split and put in the trailer, lol…. And then some more. Hopefully you can deliver everything safely.
I carry a Schumacher portable 12v charger (with built in jumper cables) in my truck just in case I need it to hook up to the dump trailer. I had that almost happen one time and never wanted to risk it again. A suggestion, if I may: if you don’t have a gravity down on your dump trailer, simply unscrew the brass plug on top of your hydraulic pump to allow it to bleed down on its own without you having to waste power to lower an empty trailer.
That’s a good idea Mark I should get one of them jump packs so that don’t happen again . It is a gravity down so at least we could get it down . I did know about about the brass plug but I haven’t tryed it yet .
Great video guys. That rock bucket sure is a back saver especially with those big oak. I'd say that's another top 5 investment you made for the woodyard. I've got to get one of those. Did you get that bucket locally?
That bucket has a bunch of uses we’re finding out . We got it up in turner at the trailer place on rt 4 . Same place we bought the n/n trailer . Scots recreation they have everything there from trailers campers tractors trailers an implements. There also on line .
Good evening PHIL and KAREN. been raining 🌧 here from Thursday on its Saturday still raining 🌧 with foggy 🌫 to . Hey WHITE GOLD going fast here in the 709 . 😊
Hey folks! Got the shirts.👍 Sorry to hear about those vandals and the inside of your truck. Best o luck transforming your stacking machine to a more user friendly item. Hope ya don't have to go shopping for a newer model. 🤣🤔Lol nyuknyuknyuk
That hill coming in was a lot bigger than it looked on video but I just hammered on it an it went up no problem . I’m still learning what that truck can an can’t do . Thanks Kenny .
It happens a few weeks back she said I could bring it anytime this spring an I should have known to go look before I loaded the trailer . Ow well it all worked out a worst case we would have just stacked it all an added to our inventory for next yr .
Good save Karen from packing 2 cords of premium firewood 🪵. I heard the battery 🪫 was low on DC juice 🧃 Karen & Phil . 😊 Phil it’s Good Friday lobsters 🦞 for supper and old lobster 🦞 sandwich 🥪 tmw buddy . 😊
Well I must confess I'm a little disappointed. You didn't show us whether or not the New Holland struggled with that big piece of oak. Oh well maybe you did video it and will show us later. 50 cord by May...you might have to work overtime. Not sure if the "stacking machine" is in for all that. Well I'm sure it will all work out. Y'all take care.
We did have video of it but lost it during the editing process. It picked it up just fine as long as I kept it down close to the ground it was good . Ya I might have bit off more than I can chew trying to hit 50 by may first but I’m gona try . I’ve been cutting rounds for 2 days strait in the rain just trying to get caught up .
Great video 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻. Thanks for showing the machine that loads the wood on the trailer. I was asking.

Man you guys get some awesome free log loads! Great job team👍👍
Thanks Jeremiah! Those were some really good loads
Very nice load of logs. Those CTX100 units with grapples are great machines for the wood yard. He certainly pushes the limits, likely changes the front bearings often.
Those machines are definitely a game changer not sure about the front bearings but you're probably right!

The snow is slowly melting here as well but there saying middle of the week we might get another 20 inches of the white stuff . I sure hope not .
Hey folks! Got the shirts.👍 Sorry to hear about those vandals and the inside of your truck. Best o luck transforming your stacking machine to a more user friendly item. Hope ya don't have to go shopping for a newer model. 🤣🤔Lol nyuknyuknyuk
Ha ha ya it’s the vandals that filled my truck with mt dew cans lol . Probably best I keep my stacking machine the newer models are verry expensive.
Nice. Job. Nice. Video
Thanks Ralph we’re trying to make em better but we’re still perdy new to this an have a lot to learn
Not to ruin your week...... another major snowstorm for Wednesday into Thursday this coming week, Karen keep the recordings rolling!
I just heard about that this morning. What a screwed up yr for weather it’s been . I sure hope the weather gets back to normal this year .
I emailed you my favorite dump trailer upgrade ever.. 👌
I will go ck it out in a lil bit . Thanks
White oak 😮your into the $$$ for whiskey 🥃 and wine 🍷 barrels . 😊
The logs looked good but there was only one worth sawing the others were bad in the middle .
I knew the Ford could make it through. Lock the hubs😅
That hill coming in was a lot bigger than it looked on video but I just hammered on it an it went up no problem . I’m still learning what that truck can an can’t do . Thanks Kenny .
Are you going to put Gravel on your Drive Way,
We will add 3 or 4 loads this yr as the $ starts to come in . Eventually we’re hoping to be rid of the mud a that good gravel is the answer .
I have so been there have a load ready and customer back out or put you on hold .
It’s never good when they don’t understand how we operate.
It happens a few weeks back she said I could bring it anytime this spring an I should have known to go look before I loaded the trailer . Ow well it all worked out a worst case we would have just stacked it all an added to our inventory for next yr .
Been there, done that with a dead battery on the dump trailer, sucks
one thing i forgot to check lol. thankfully it had enough juice to get it dumped!

Ya I should have checked the charge in that battery before we headed out on the delivery . Won’t make that mistake again.
What size is your delivery trailer.
It's a 7x14. Holds 2 cord. Great trailer!
What size ram on spilter
I honestly don’t know Tommy. You can check with Dana at S’more Firewood because he’s the one that built it and knows all the details
