I'm actually only the owner of the arrangements rights, according to the law, but the owner of the song are the band Survivor and their editor / publisher. I don't exactly know how you can ask them permission but this version is a tribute that was ever meant to be used by other creators (since reproduction rights are complicated as hell). But if the rights owner give you the permission, I'll also be glad to do so. Please, don't hesitate to tell me if you contact them. All the best to you and stay safe!
