Pork Sausage using a Kitchen Aid Grinder

Cutting the meat into around a 1 “ square and 4” long feeds into the grinder well. We used Leggs Old Fashion Sausage Seasoning. We used Bnls. Pork Loins around 17 lb. I like my Sausage seasoned a little hotter.
