How to make chicken tandoori biryani recipe , chicken biryani with tandoori chicken on gas , easiest chicken biryani recipe, chicken dum biryani recipe in hindi, so for making tandoori chicken biryani u will needthe following ingredients
Tandoori chicken marinade
For marinating chicken tandoori u will need
600 grams chicken
1 tbsp Ginger Ginger Ginger
1 tsp full red chilli powder
1 tsp full coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp garammasla powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp salt
100 grams yoghurt
Juice of half lemon
Food colour
3 medium onions fried
2 tomatoes pureed
2 green chillies
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Coal for smoke
Garnishing
Fried onions
Lemon juice
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Desi ghee
Food colour
500 grams extra long grain rice I have used dawat extra long grain basmati rice
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp oil
Juice of half lemon
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 black cardomom
2 green cardomom
1 mace
1 star anise
4 pepper corns
2 cloves
