Thank you for your detailed information. But one thing was not clear. How was 1 bhk converted into 2 bhk. Means which area was converted into extra room.
How did 1bhk convert into 2bhk
Cidco E Type flats have big kitchen area (size of bedroom) which is converted into bedroom and actual bedroom is reduced by 20% to accomodate kitchen. Cidco also has toilet and bathroom seperate so here they clubbed to one common toilet bathroom to make space for kitchen.
