I just realized that in the first part of the video, when that guy threw they beer bottle at that weird guys face, that what he did is actually illegal. First off, the guy hadn’t ACTUALLY physically hurt the kid so by throwing the beer bottle and physically causing the guy pain, he escalated the situation, which is against the law.
But on top of that, the younger guy was drinking and driving, which, even in the country side, with not many cops, is also VERY illegal. So not only did he do something illegal by even getting the beer and having it while driving, he used it to escalate the situation, so that’s like two felonies at once.
