As the resident of a real small town in North Carolina (although not as small as it used to be), this storyline is spot on. We are “blessed” with a generous share of characters in real life that could definitely be woven into this book if it came to life. Minus the multiple murders, thankfully.

Great series!! The narrator is fantastic. Pulls you right into the midst of the story. I haven't found many that can bring a story to life quite like she does.
