No, Akashi is not good at dribbling, what helped him is his emperor eye. without it, he's 0 in dibbling. Aomine, on the contrary, pure dribbling skills.

Naw the professor is Nash, Blond American streetballer with sleight of ball handling his handles are so fast combined with the feints it looks like the ball disappears in thin air plus his unpredictable passes.

The Professors has already played in other professionals basketball leagues like the CBA (Chinese NBA), but he was never good enough to get accepted in the NBA. However from what we've seen in the manga, Nash overall is truly on an NBA-level altogether.

Poor comparison imo. Aoimine is generally portrayed as the Shooting guard (2) or Small forward (3) position in the anime even though they claim he's at the Power forward (4) position. Objectively looking at Aoimine's game, he was a combination of a lot of shooting guards and Small Forwards from the 2000s (TMac, VC,) but imo resembles AI, Kobe, MJ himself. AI for his handles and speed to drive past defenders plus his ability to create a shot. Young Kobe because earlier in his career he was more of a slasher and a mid range shooter than a three point shooter and Aoimine hasn't shown development about a post game at all. He was extremely athletic but unlike Jordan, slipped past defenders. As for impossible shots go, Young Kobe still had that. Finishing circus shots by the rim and even at mid range but to my recognition, Aoimine hasn't done much by the three point line so there's always that. Kobe is also known as one of the best 1 on 1 players in the NBA once put in an ISO play. MJ for similar reasons. Extremely athletic (strength and speed) but also has a high defensive IQ and is known to be unstoppable in a 1 on 1 situation and excels in ISO play. Differences between him and Kobe were probably air time, power, defensive capabilities. Just because he has handles doesn't mean he's really broken any ankles to the same degree as Akashi. Aoimine's handles are only amplified by the fact he's freakishly athletic. Just my opinion of course.
Captain Butter idk man... we aren't sure if Akashi's Emperor Eye can surpass Aomine's Speed. Although Akashi does get faster while he's in the zone, but then again there goes Aomine's Zone.
