I can't believe there hasn't been 1 for Duke, then I reckon Granpuff and Sleeping Beauty might have been used. Others characters missing who I think should have deserved a book include Toad, Scruffey, Horrid Lorries, Derek, The Diesel, Stuart and Falcon, Mrs Kindley and Butch.
