I herniated my L4-L5 disc and I have pain all the way up my back and all the way down my legs--Nausea, tightness, dizziness, the whole 9 yards. Finally getting a cortisone shot for it tomorrow thanks to a wonderful pain management doctor and I'm looking forward to exercising again!

Dr. Bigenho, How beneficial do you think the time spent working directly with collegiate athletes was in developing your communication and physical assessment skills? You seem so much more adept at taking cues from your patients than some other chiropractors I’ve seen. BTW, it’s great to see your follow up with such a motivated patient.
My communication skills came from joining a Fraternity while I was in college and giving presentations in my Neuroscience classes. Talk to people like they're people, and make it simple enough to understand without trying to act or sound smarter than them is my motto

I was already a big fan of yours just from watching your videos and totally enjoying your very terrific sense of humor mixed with great professional skill and talent and very straightforward way of talking to your patients. I've shared some of your videos with various family members all of whom have various back and joint issues. If there was a way you could get yourself cloned and sent your clone to the east coast where my family and myself live then we could take advantage of your services, so to speak (We live in the DC / Baltimore area). I am on Medicaid and have been told that chiropractor services are not covered under Medicaid. If and/or when I were to win a major Powerball or Mega millions type of Lottery (I tend to think of myself as both a very hopeful and mildly practical optimist), I would be very happy, in that scenario, to pay out of pocket to utilize your services. I am tempted to say more but at this point it would just get extremely gushy, although still quite accurate.😊
Hopefully you get enough likes and subscriptions to stay on UA-cam so that us financially hard up folks can still enjoy and learn something from your videos.
I've never had any kind of chiropractic adjustment. After decades of hard physical labor that's probably why my body feels like a pretzel.
