So with the colour bass, I noticed you have it routing to both the master and the drop LFO. When I do this the LFO isn't has intense if that makes sense. Did you do that to make the LFO on the color bass not as intense?
I think I did that just so all LFOs were consistent if that makes sense. There’s also some distortion and compression on the drop LFO therefore it chunks it up with the bass a bit. There’s not really any rule to it tho, whatever sounds best for the project is the best!
@@Ssavid Wait I have been trying to figure this out all day lol. So in the LFO channel I cant hear the LFO very much on mine because of the sound that is coming through the other mixers without the LFO. Are you saying the only LFO you have is in that LFO channel? I cant get mine to cut out the sound like yours unless I put it DIRECTLY on the original channel. Are you saying because of distortion and other effects it just makes the LFO much more present from that channel? And the other channels like the vocoder and color bass have no LFOs? Or is it that the volume is down low in the other channels? sorry for all the questions lolll great fucking video btw I seriously appreciate you. I might get the patreon for the flps
@@chalbio I think the key might be where the LFO is sitting. If the LFO is first in whatever chain and then there is distortion and reverb after it, it will have less of an effect. If the LFO comes at the end of the chain however, it’s going to punch through a lot more because it will be influencing more of the sound. Hope that explains it! Have a play round with where the LFO is placed in the chain of things and you should figure it out🫡
This is without a doubt the best Future Riddim tutorial I've ever seen so far. Would 100% recommend.
