    This is the simplest way I've seen someone explain 'how to compress'
    Love the videos, kudos to you

      Awesome, thank you for the kind words. We try to make things as simple as possible. Compression is very misunderstood in golf instruction.

    I’ve watched so many videos in the last year I could never count. This is what made me turn the corner and make huge advancements.

    Great video! I lightly push on my top hand through the swing. Also keep your tilt over the ball through the swing. Like a baseball swing you need to be relaxed through the swing if not it will slow down your club.

      Love it! Pushing is something that isn't talked about enough in our opinions. Tilt is very key as well as grip pressure! Thanks for the kind words.

    Hi, just discovered your channel--thanks! Is there a trigger to determine when to straighten your trail arm on the downswing, or does it happen naturally?

      Welcome Doug! I would say the trail arm straightening is more of the effect of getting the proper post-impact position. If you are thinking about that position (trail arm parallel to ground, 5 inches outside lead leg with clubhead outside hands) as your "endzone" then you will more often than not begin to straighten the arm at the correct time.

    It will be nice if we could see the club head during the swing video.

      I can definitely do that in the next video! 👍 Wanted to make sure the hands were visible.

    Which part of the left thumb is the lead thumb knuckle? Is it the top or bottom part?

    • @claws_effect
      @claws_effect  7 місяців тому

      Top. Closer to your palm than your thumbnail

    yeah i bet you did push it.
    never hold ANY angle through impact. zero non.
    if you hopd an angle you are not properly releaaing golf club.
    i know you think your hold the angle but thats a feel vs real issue.
    youve said hopd that angle in another vid. thats just incorrect info Buddy.

      Every great player in history has kept the angle in the trail wrist as they hit down on the inside part of the ball. The key to getting the proper release is letting the trail arm go from bent to straight as you are maintaining that angle in the wrist. That is what catapults the clubhead down out and away from the body, Buddy.
