Not if you're in removal proceeding? wouldn't the immigration judge decide first after receiving the i130? isn't it the judges call to adjust? USCIS can't in this type of situation?

Does this apply to J1 visa holders subjected to the 212e rule whose waiver application is still pending?

Hi. You can call us to set up an in-person or virtual / phone consultation at 1-800-529-5465 or internationally call +1-212-227-8933, Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm Eastern Standard Time. Or you can email us at AskYourQuestion@BradShowLive.com.
When you speak with our office, Brad’s secretary will explain the charges for a consultation and you can decide if you would like to schedule with Brad or one of his senior attorneys. Brad had helped over 100,000 people with their immigration problems and over 35 years working in U.S. immigration law.
We have an office in New York City and Hartford, Connecticut. However, if you do not live in New York or Connecticut, that’s okay because U.S. immigration law is federal. We have clients who live all over the USA, as well as overseas. As far as your representation we can easily and effectively conduct the consultations and your representation by phone, email, or virtually. We look forward to hearing from you.

And if I marry a woman who is a permanent resident, can I still apply for a work permit? (being a tourist with a B1/B2 visa)

Love the channel. My wife and I are confused about when she can quit school. She is here on an F1 but we got married and have been getting our packet together. Can she quit after they receive the i 130 or do they need to receive both the i 130 and the i 485?

Is this rule just for us citizens or can it be done if you’re married to a permanent resident?
