This last year 2020 My daughter and I gutted our kitchen in four hours It took a year to do electrical, dry wall insulation painting , hood ,stove , farmers sink almost done Thank You U-tub( thats where we learned how to do a lot of things), finally moving in now. I washed dishs outside for a years. The kitchen is so magical, I have chickens that have raised me and taught me patiences, tolerance and love. I just finished my fence and tomorrow 6/13 /21 I start putting in my seeds in rich soil. Please dont do a cook book I love watching you and the silence in cooking is so special figuring out your combination is so FUN . Isabel you have been the pathfinder of light and the best is to share all that beauty with us and you have Logan to help Wow You have help me to see the beauty around me. Isabel put your hair up when you're using power tools please, I'm so happy that you found somebody that shares your lifestyle and hobbies Etc. It's always nice to find somebody to enjoy life with. Wishing you the best, health, love and light🌷💛😘
I agree. Tie it up into a "messy bun". Remember that woman who got "scalped" when she leaned over to check her fan belt as her car engine was running?!?!?! #safety first
I am old, but I love to watch this. So natural, wholesome together with the hard work that creates humor within us and makes relaxing such an enjoyable celebration. It is a life so many of us want but would be unable to endure the complexity...... giving up almost everything we expect from the moment we open our eyes! Isabel is an earth child and I wouldn't be surprised if she'd unfold her wings at midnight and fly with nymphs and fairies 'til sunrise....would you? :)
Please put up your hair when using tools with spinning parts! I used to teach shop in university theatre department and had a young woman use a drill press ignoring the long hair safety rule. I had just finished helping another student and was scanning the other students to see how they were doing. My eyes reached the drill press and saw the first wisps of long hair reaching the chuck. Before I had time to yell a warning her face was smashed into the motor housing and a 2" dia piece of scalp was ripped out.
A healthy, gorgeous young lady that knows how to build and use tools. Be safe Isabel and don't get that pony tail caught up in any power tools that would give you a tremendous headache. Glad to see that you wear gloves most of the time.
AH I can't wait! Also, you really helped me push me to make my childhood dream come true, Last week I bought 15 kg of fresh wool (I didn't know it was so much hahah) and a spinningwheel! This is the best thing I've done in many years, thankyou so much for inspiring me and also many others! ✨💕
@@Mike-lw2zk Those hands of hers have and still are living a life! A life worth living! She s not afraid to dig a garden, build whatever she needs, forage gifts from the forest, make all her own food, and so much more. One day those hands will probably hold and love children. Care for her parents. Caress a partner and continue sustaining her in her life. Her hands are strong and so, so capable. I know because mine are same.

@@saucygirl4220 Since I posted this, I’ve made the Brownie Cookies quite a few times. They are so yummy and filling and hit the spot when I need a sweet. Yes, not Keto, but it’s good to treat yourself once in awhile. Make sure you use Medjool dates. Nice and soft like caramel. The other dates too dry. I had a friend who made them with another type of date and recipe came out too dry.
My dream is that Isabella becomes this generation's version of the Kardashians.....imagine a female idol you can respect, look up to and teaches you life skills.....wow what a world that would be 😍😍
Agreed. The people that so many look up to and try to emulate are really devoid of well🧐 ..... frankly Anything of value or merit 🥺. A paradigm shift would be greatly beneficial imho 🙏🏻😇🙏🏻🖖🏻
Isabel the thing I love the most when you cook it's that there's no meat, and no need to emulate the look or taste of meat. I want to cook like that it is wonderful ❤️👋🇲🇽

I wish you would wear your hair in a bun and wear some eye protection when you are working with the power tools. Safety first and all of that. I feel a little anxious watching and hoping your hair doesn't get caught in the tool you're working with.... Thank you for another beautiful vlog.
100% yes! Isabel is such an inspirational person, how she gets stuck into all of these different jobs. However, it is so very important to protect eyes (and other body parts). It's so easy for specks of wood and metal to fly off power tools and we only get one set of eyes per lifetime! I also feel that it is a responsibility to set a good example for others, rather than normalising not following safety protocols. Other than this, Isabel does life in an incredible way!
i was thinking same thing working in a job that requires safety tools its first thing u learn...i think logan also saw her hair dangling near the saw and pushed it out of the way...some people have natural common sense and some are just ignorant or naive not thinking of the consequences of not being careful....no gloves..open shoes when there are snakes and ticks around..ive cut grass with glasses and still get stuff shoot under the glasses sometimes...she needs to use some common sense....no offense just my experienced opinion

Look at a photo of the land one year back - and take one second of joy and pride how it looks now - such an achievement from you all. Definitely an ELEVEN !
That garden is no joke. That field had to have been once cultivated for crops as the soil looks fantastic. Someone has done a hell of a lot of work removing rocks and I'm sure you are still doing so today. You don't get soil like that in the mountains without a lot of work and time. Nicely done!
Lovely... Probably my favorite moment was when Logan held your hair back from the power Screwdriver. Please keep your hair tied back when using those rotating power tools. I had a friend lose a couple square inches of scalp to a drill press. Not fun or pretty. Gonna make those cookies I think, but small, like your friend suggested.
Omg every time I see her release the pressure on that pressure cooker my heart skips a beat that’s a huge way to get injured you should allow it to depressurize on it own
Love to watch closeups of your hands working...they are strong and move poetically. Hands are for creating and get dirty in the process. We certainly don't hear "oh darn I broke a nail" from you. Love your videos.
I saw you uploaded grabbed my backpack and hurried up the mountain to watch. You’ve inspired me so much to enjoy the nature around me! Thanks for all u do have a great day!!
Absolutely! But I give most credit to the parents. My Dad had me re-building car engines and putting up drywall as a kid. He wanted to teach me "self-reliance"and it worked! Now as an adult I am completely self-sufficient and do my own landscaping, plumbing, flooring, etc. Definitely I have to give a big shout out to her parents for all the positive self-motivation that they surrounded her with:-)
In the 70s I worked in a motorhome factory. Right by the timeclock, they had pictures of people who had been scalped using a screw gun or a drill. It was not pretty. 45 years later I still have vivid memories. You can't be too careful using power tools. No matter how small they are. Love your channel. Keep it going, SAFELY!!!
Instead of plantings single rows, why don't you plant in raised boxes? Also, you should try to utilize your space with planting like the Indians did...plant beans, corn and squash together. The beans replenish the nitrogen in the soil, the corn provides a living pole for the beans to grow on, and the squash provides a living mulch to reduce water loss. There are so many other plant pairings that are beneficial to each other including insect repellent benefits. Your little farm has so much more potential to intensively garden and produce more crops and healthier plants! Good luck to you!!!!😁
Safety tip. I speak from experience, being a longhair. Tie up your hair when operating the power hand tools. Not fun getting your hair wrapped around a saw blade. On a side note; Logan should consider doing voice work.
Isabel, I really admire your ability to dive full-on into projects while also taking time to appreciate what you have. Thank you for reminding us of this. I believe we share a deep love of the land, and I wanted to share a rose-harvesting tip I learned: leave 1 rose petal behind on each flower to attract the bees so the flowers still get pollinated. Congratulations on getting the plants in the ground - so exciting!

Wow! I love seeing how your cinematography / shots framing / editing storytelling has gotten better over time. Awesome balance of just showing your life in its simplest but also in an artistic way. Really love watching
Isabel is the most independent person, the epitome of a “can do attitude”. I mean how many people in their early twenties do you know who roast their own coffee beans, built their own house, make their own tofu ect..... Truly inspirational!
I’ve watched a lot of UA-cam channels, and haven’t seen anyone like her. She’s very unique. Even Her editing and shooting her daily life is special, its not easy to do but she does it perfectly . (It’s the Casey Niestat way of doing vlogs and she mastered it)
But the house she’s in and all the tools they have and building materials..it all screams that there is a lot of cashflow going around there…when you do everything yourself you can’t work a lot around that, since it eats up a lot of your time. So it must be they already had a lot of money to spend and now she’s suddenly being very down to earth and mindful and what not in the most expensive surroundings. That’s kindof…weird at least Alternatively she’s ;iving of someone elses money and then it’s even more strange to pretend this very independent lifestyle and last..it could be that she’s stille earning a lotoooot of money and she’s not filming it?
It’s been incredible to watch the process of your dreams coming true. I’ve been here since before the tiny house! And Logan is such a good character! It’s been fun to watch your bond 🌼🌼

Your parents are off the charts, I will go with your dad's rating a 11, star-dust to you and Logan
Beautifully said..💗
I am old too but she makes me young again
Perfect sentiment. I agree whole heartedly.
I am old too. I lived close to the land, but I'm getting even better ideas for my next life!
I think she does eat Chocolate though which is refreshing to know even nymphs and Fairies like an occasional treat!!! 😉
Ok but when your man gently moves your hair while you are working on the deck 🥺🖤 * heart explodes * so cute and tender
Right 😭
Please put up your hair when using tools with spinning parts!

@@isharalove2966 She is an amazing woman! Slightly reckless at times, but amazing none the less!
i was thinking same thing working in a job that requires safety tools its first thing u learn...i think logan also saw her hair dangling near the saw and pushed it out of the way...some people have natural common sense and some are just ignorant or naive not thinking of the consequences of not being careful....no gloves..open shoes when there are snakes and ticks around..ive cut grass with glasses and still get stuff shoot under the glasses sometimes...she needs to use some common sense....no offense just my experienced opinion

Any woman can be whatever she wants to be… and individuals are ultimately responsible for the perceptions they choose
I am much older then her and I love to see women be independent. That was not a common thing in my generation. Love it
Absolutely! But I give most credit to the parents. My Dad had me re-building car engines and putting up drywall as a kid. He wanted to teach me "self-reliance"and it worked! Now as an adult I am completely self-sufficient and do my own landscaping, plumbing, flooring, etc. Definitely I have to give a big shout out to her parents for all the positive self-motivation that they surrounded her with:-)
Yes one step at a time building the garden. I am on year three of working on mine. It's a slow process but coming along quite nicely. 🥰
Your Zeast the Determination and will power you carry along with you is so mesmerizing and different .... 👏👏👏

That’s kindof…weird at least
Alternatively she’s ;iving of someone elses money and then it’s even more strange to pretend this very independent lifestyle and last..it could be that she’s stille earning a lotoooot of money and she’s not filming it?
It’s been incredible to watch the process of your dreams coming true. I’ve been here since before the tiny house! And Logan is such a good character! It’s been fun to watch your bond 🌼🌼
