I have a grade 3 but am told I don’t need surgery. Could this be true? It’s been 3 months and my shoulder still hurts and is not strong enough for me to ride a bike.
dude strongly consider seeing a specialist .I was told I had a grade 3 on both shoulders but should try physio for 6 months then consider surgery. Turns out i actually had a grade 5 and need surgery. Allot of places lie to you or dont know how bad it really is. From what I'm hearing you should strongly consider surgery
ive had a lot of pain and crunching in my ac joint since i broke my humerus in half over four years ago after i fell on my elbow snowboarding. ive tried pt several times and no help but i think i strengthened the muscles. also my sternal clavicular joint hurts a little as well as the manubriosternal joint in my chest occasionally giving me a sharp pain and it can crack if i lean far back in a chair. i feel like no doctor really has given me a straightforward answer. im pretty sure i need surgery but before i do i want to do pt again. the xray i saw in my shoulder looked like a totally discloated joint where my ac joint is and theres literaly a huge gap or dark spot where my clavicle attatches to my outer shoulder(acromion). the acromion is much lower than my clavicle on the xray. i really hope pt can help but i feel that constant gravity inhibits the ability for my ac joint to actually heal.
@@jonienglish3231 they say ill need a shoulder replacement when im 50 and that i have deep cystic arthritis in my shoulder. trying to take my care into my own hands. my ac joint is still messed up

@@MikeOlsen-rb6ov better. Back in gym and golfing. But it still hurts. This and tennis elbow awful. I had tenis elbow for a year before this. If you lift weights or do sports just be safe. I’m 37 and your body starts to break down. I can lift again but I don’t go crazy.
I've had an acccident and now my joints are seperated but doctors told me that drilling is only for cosmetic wise as if it wont help to the body in anyway
fell on my shoulder a while back and I let it heal on it’s own the doctor said that by looking at the xrays I didn’t break anything maybe some ligaments that connect but I have a bump still .. what could that mean ? do I need to pop it back in place or
From my experience no never fully recover from a ligament tear on your ac joint, even if you undergo surgery. It will always be a weak point for the rest of your life which really sucks.

Great video, I got really drunk and fell off a 6ft cliff and ended up with tupe two. God can heal me. Pray for me.
ADD VOLUME!!! If 1.0 V is line voltage, you're at about 0.01 V. Get those VU meters way back up into normal range!!!
