So this is an adorable idea! great video! The only issue I see is that I think all those pieces are like smalls or even extra smalls, maybe some mediums. I'm a medium, so i could prob fit some of those items, but just thinkin about my curvy friends out there... would be great B.Jones Style, if you could source some pieces in some larger sizes as well for all the fashionable ladies who aren't quite that super teeny Carrie size. Sounds like there is still some time between now and the sale...so, i totally think its possible to do that and fingers crossed that happens. Great styling though and good luck with the sale!

@@juliagoolia72 That is a bummer but an idea to be more size inclusive, especially if ya'll want to grow the UA-cam numbers. There are a larger percentage of folks that are over size 10, that have extra disposable income who are on UA-cam & Instagram for knowledge & entertainment. Hope ya'll give this some consideration for the near future. A surprise friend could join in & style some larger sizes. Have fun!👗🎉
I’m sorry. I’m confused. She’s not plus size. So what does she have to do with styling with plus sizes? If you want plus size or larger sizing styling go to a channel with a larger body type. I recommend Karina Gomez ⭐️ But trying to force a non plus size stylist won’t help with accurate representation of larger bodies in fashion. She is not a large woman.

Some great pieces....not crazy about the Carrie B character but certainly Betsy Johnson influenced Madonna and stylists.
I will admit that even at 71 I have a full collection of fabulous petticoats. I wear them across seasons- under and over. I wore a beauty as a maternity dress in 1987.
Pulled a great red one to wear tomorrow. I will be watching your sale. Rock On Beth- you inspire and entertain.

Am I the only one that think the skirt at 12:35 is reminiscent of Mickey Mouse pants? I do like a drop waist pleated skirt, it works for me so well and if I find one in my size while I am thrifthing, I totally will snag it. Cool you having an auction, you probably will get better prices than being on a resell site. Since my arm would probably not fit in not one of these garments, I will only check it out to see what price eventually they will be sold for. It was fun to see the dress up portion. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.

Style Icons & I think she & you have basically the same image. Both thin, same style, similar hair, etc. But when you get right down to it, I think you are much more attractive than she is in reality. You look like

Unfortunately BJ I can’t support this…you never seem to support fuller fashions and that’s disappointing.
Yeah, it wouldn’t have been that difficult to pull a range of sizes for this sale. And there tends to be a lack of inclusivity on this channel in general.
Well when she shops for styling herself and she is a size 4 ... the clothes tend to fit a size 4 so thats going to be the size that she ends up having to get rid of...and it IS difficult i am a size 8/10 and its nearly impossible to find amazing peices in anything larger than I am they are always very worn and just not cute most times. I find the absolute most amazing peices that are size 4 to 8. It is a privilege to be able to find these things at a thrift store and few and far between. ALSO sizing was so different back then if you were a 14 now you more than likely would be an 18 in the 70s so not sure why you think its so easy to find these things.
@@morelemonpledge469 I am a size 8-12, and I have a huge vintage collection I’ve found at thrift stores. So those pieces do exist, and I’m sure that if I can find these in small-town Tennessee, she can find them in the myriad thrift stores California if she only put in the effort. It is not “nearly impossible” to find these pieces.
@@mrs_pettydraper1960 oh i have an amazing collection beyond what anyone could ever need im so lucky to have that... but exactly thats where we live in small towns who else wants those things but us lol... she lives where people live and breath this and its a competition could she get a bunch of stuff in an array of sizes yes but if she mostly only has her size im just pointing out that most of us if we sold things we bought would only have our size..thats all

Your arguments really don’t compute when an influencer like Karina Gomez lives in California and finds vintage to fit her body all the time. Maybe pause before you make sweeping generalizations about people and place.
You realize no one dresses like this in NYC. I lived there for over a decade, never seen it !
I have a hard time with Bradshaw character...see blew all her money and never bought real estate
